Great job of the repair, car was picked up, good comucation regarding on update of repair.. car returned back . But on inspection? It's had to go back for a new rear drivers side lense. But very well handled and hassle free. Just a case of losing a day off work, to have the new rear lense fitted.

Excellent help and service from all the staff at DLG, Castle Donington to get my car back on the road.

I had to use them for an insurance claim when I was hit by another driver. I’ve driven for over 30 years and have never come across a more professional impressive garage
From start to finish I spoke with various women there on every call - every single one of them was so helpful, completely informative and kept me up to date at all times with what was happening. They did what they said they’d do, in a timely manner all the while keeping me informed
What a delight too to have a woman come and deliver my courtesy car where I didn’t have to go through the usual patronising act of telling me what was what in the car and what it was used for!!!

DGL Auto Services - Castle Donnington had my car for just 6 days after a neighbour damaged the rear nearside corner.
The repair is absolutely AMAZING. perfect colour match, perfect damage repair. You would never know it had happened.
On top of that the car has been cleaned inside and out and DGL Auto Services - Castle Donnington kept me informed of what was happened to my car at all times via phone calls and their web portal.
I would recommend 100% to anyone for auto repairs.

They dropped my courtesy car off keeping me informed about times. The gentleman who came was very polite. Had an issue with my courtesy car phoned them up spoke to Julie she was lovely she sorted out my problem straight away. They even dropped my car of early which was as they were having to drop it at work The gentleman that dropped it off was
polite as well. All in all great service from a great team.

You let me know when you were coming and the work was great. Plus I was very pleased with the valet service!
