Shocking 😮 poor poor. Obviously stevie wonder worked on my car. After speaking to someone on Saturday regarding make sure my car is done properly. Today I received my car where do I start painted my bumper with a paint brush also painted and damaged my light all my inner arch lining still damaged and hanging off. Decided to change my black trim into sand paper effect when it’s come smooth from factory wrong colour doesn’t even match. Paint drips damaged clips off trim CHEAP SHODDY repair very poor please Don’t waste your time send your vehicle to a proper body shop not cow boys. White Nissan Qashqai FE60 that’s the car I’m referring to
My son has been in hospital for 9 months this is just extra stress we don’t need. We pay insurance excess. So understand I’ve payed for this shoddy workmanship your not doing my car for free I am paying you. I just wish I gone with my gut and choose my own body shop.

Helpful reliable service picking and delivering my car back with friendly staff

Give you a date that your car will be ready weeks in advance, text me weekly telling me of progress, call me the day before the due date and organise the delivery of my car….. sounds good so far…… then call on the day saying it won’t be delivered as waiting on parts. Don’t here back so I chase… hard to get through … leave messages… no reply. Eventually got hold of someone and car is eventually returned.

Patronising staff who lecture me on why my car is not ready despite all of the above… missing the point that they called me and told me it’s ready !

Not great service.

Car itself seems fine but it wasnt cleaned well to be honest and I ended up hoovering out and giving it a good wash

Had to wait 1 week before a car was available but once received the service was excellent

Efficient and on time, very polite and did a great job.

It was all very easy and was taken care of. Very impressed

There was a lot of repairs to do as we were hit in the rear which took longer than we expected but my main complaint was the car had not been velated inside there where bits of metal everywhere, we look after our cars and didn't expect to see it in the state it was.

The arrangements made, pick up, drop off and the repair work done were all good. Very satisfied. Unfortunately, I had to take the car back as the radio was no longer working after the repair. This was fixed in about an hour while I waited (I was given a cup of tea.) Altogether, I’m happy despite the problem with the radio.

The experience was flawless, One phone call to inform me of the way my vehicle would be repaired, when it will be collected and when it will will returned in a fully repaired condition. True to their word it was repaired and delivered two days early in pristine condition.

I was extremely pleased with the service the collection and the work done was excellent and very quick would definitely use again if needed

Good communications, friendly and helpful team.

The Company could not tell me when my vehicle would be repaired by or give an eta! However you kept sending me misleading text messages to say when I should have it.

As it turned out what seemed like a straight forward repair took 4 months.

The total service from DLG was incredible. No hassle what so ever. Communication was excellent and repairs were a very high standard. Courtesy car provided and delivered.

Expertise from the 1st call / collection to repair. I knew what was happening and when , vehicle returned sparkling, so was very impressed.Thank you so much for excellent service .

My front bumper got ‘repaired’ by DLG however when i got my car back i had found the cap covering on my battery terminal snapped off. Also, whenever i go over speed bumps my car makes a rattling noise like something is loose. I am NOT happy with the repair job conducted on my vehicle
