The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. I was kept up to date at all times. Collection and delivery were first class. Absolutely no complaints about the entire process.

Efficient and sensitive in dealing with my son

Repair on car excellent unfortunately after service very poor, Given date to collect to then be told they have lost keys snd had to replace lock, then the car seat where in a unexceptionable condition when returned very dirty yo be told that I had left it that condition which was untrue, when asked for photos from them they then sent pictures that wasn’t my car They then agreed to compensate me by paying for a intera valet, even this had not been straight forward and I am still having to chase for Payment. All of this has been very stressful and unnecessary.

The service was very good and the car looks in good shape. Unfortunately it was delivered with a scratch on the 1front bumper that I'm sure wasnt there on handover (I have checked pictures). I have emailed a couple of times about this including pictures (had no response), and called head office, who told me someone would be in touch... no one has. Great start, poor finish.

Great repair service following my car being involved in an accident. Kept up todate with the repair details and pick up and delivery of vehicle was on time. Delivery guy was friendly. Car was valetted inside and out on return and repair was excellent.

You took in my car for an insurance repair. You were very courteous throughout, giving me regular updates. The repairs were made very quickly and honestly I could not tell where the dent/scratch were. I hope I never have to contact you again but if I ever had to, I know my car would be in safe hands. Car looks amazing, shiny clean and whole again!!

The only thing that made it fall by one star, is that they do not automatically tell you what they have done to your car to fix it. In fact they let me car come back with an engine light on with no explanation of why. Yes it possibly wasn't something that was caused by the accident, but especially with it being an engine light, I would expect to be informed.
