Efficient, friendly staff who always kept me up to date with progress.

Information about the availability of parts and the update of the progress of the repair are I believe important to the customer. Both were carried out timeously.
The actual repair was efficient and of the highest quality.

Excellent customer service

First of all I would like to say that the work when it was completed was excellent.

However! The time taken to complete the works was in my opinion excessive.

I realise materials and replacement parts had to be sourced from manufacturers. But the number of times there was a completion date change was staggering.

Your company gives after initial survey of works required an estimated date for completion ( in fact there is a clock with percentages of work actually completed)
Initially this was great as I could watch the % creeping up. But as it reached close to the 100% I started getting other date for estimated completion ( several in fact) stating awaiting spares.

All rather confusing I would suggest.

I have also spoken to a number of your call handlers regarding the above, all-were very polite and apologetic but could never confirm when works would be done.

5 plus weeks it was for works to eventually be done. A long way from initial estimate.

Again works when completed were excellent so no complaints on that front.

I apologies for the long winded reply but I’m sure you can understand my frustration.

Very pleased with the e repair of my car , it was immaculate .
Only issue was with the App , every time I tried to go to see the progress , it was always un responsive .

My car needed a new wing, bumper and headlight after being in a crash.. Was initially told that my car could possibly be written off due to it being 13 years old.. But this dream team worked their magic and went above and beyond to make all the necessary repairs and my car came back to me looking immaculate.. Thank you DLG auto services glasgo w!!

Excellent service from beginning to end

From start to finish the customer service was great. I had daily updates on the progress of my car. The guy that picked and dropped my car off was very friendly and helpful. They even dropped my car off at my work. Thanks for all your help, I would definitely recommend you in the future.
