Did repair as per spec in a decent time staff were always friendly and supportive when contacted

Absolutely everything the engineers don't have a clue what they are doing and are trying to repair a vehicle which should have been written off mind you it taken them 5 months and the repairs are still not complete its Absolutely comical

From receiving your first phone calls I felt that I was dealing with people who knew what was needed giving me confidence and all the on going information made me feel that my car was in safe hands. On receipt of the finished repairs the car was delivered to my home and I was very pleased with the work done and appreciated the very full valet. My congratulations on the excellent job, it looked as good as a new car.

Bodywork repair, friendly & fast

They did good job but I ask for one more think such as paint one more erea on my car but they didn't do it

Efficient and easy to communicate with

The repairs to my car seemed to be great when it first arrived back home after a rear end shunt, a couple of days later and warning lights started appearing on the dash, tyres, engine management, symbols of the car and wheels, I contacted DLG and they came out plugedit I and the lights went, a couple of days later and they where all back, this happened 3 times, I was told things like because one tyre on the axel was changed this is why the tyrelight keeps coming on, this last time I'm told that it's just coincidence that the engine light keeps coming on as it now has a blocked breather pipe and a miss fire. All sounds like we don't know and we are not doing anymore for you so go away

Prompt collection of my car, quick repairs with update along the way, car returned immaculate.

What can I say, DLG picked up my car on a Wednesday and returned it the following Tuesday the repair was excellent and you would not know it had been damaged.
I was kept up to date with the repair schedule via E-Mail and looking on the website, staff where very polite and helpful on the phone and I would definitely recommend DLG Auto Services, keep up the good work guys.

Excellent service from DLG Auto Services, they collected my Citreon last Tuesday the 10th of July, and I collected it yesterday 17th July after it had been fixed, Fully repaired & re-sprayed the front end damage to the bumper, head lights and inner bumper fitting, Well please with there service from first contact with me, to collecting my keys in Heywood, Lancahshire yesterday. FIVE STARS ARE WELL DESERVED

My car was picked up on time, the work completed was marvellous you could not tell it had been damaged at all when I got it back and all the work was completed earlier than planned and was delivered back to me.

Everything went very smoothly, from you dropping the Hire Car off and collecting my car for repair from my home and then the same when my car was returned and the Hire Car collected from my home and everyone involved were very nice.

Phenomenal paintwork

I had an RTA and my Skoda Citigo was taken to DLG Auto Services. I thought she may have to be written off but nooooo. I was so pleased that she was repairable! Took about 6 weeks. When she was returned I was absolutely stunned at how lovely she looked. Not only the vast repairs but she had been fully cleaned inside and was polished and shining outside. My car has never been so pampered. I’m so happy with all the repairs and appreciate those lovely extras!! I thoroughly recommend DLG. They have made my day. My car looks brand new!!Thank you all.
