The colour match was very bad and the return service was a shambles, and repair was not done to a great standard.

Kept us up to date with everything and arrangements made were kept to.

I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a no-blame incident, but Direct Line promptly put me in touch with DLG Auto Services in Orpington. From the moment I got home, their team was incredibly helpful and professional.

Given that my vehicle is over 25 years old, Trevor, a highly experienced representative, personally came out to assess it. His deep knowledge of cars was evident, and he quickly determined that further testing was needed to ensure the car was safe to drive. The team promptly booked it in for a geometry test, which was carried out the very next day.

Every person I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and truly understood my concerns. Thanks to their expertise and excellent customer service, everything has now been settled smoothly. I genuinely could not have had a better experience and highly recommend DLG Auto Services to anyone in need of professional, reliable care for their vehicle.

Great service, my car was collected & delivered. All repairs done as top quality with 5 years garantee. I was informed all along on the progress. All Staff who dealt with my repairs and collection and deliver were professional and polite.

Directline is the the Best Insurer and their own repair center DLC Auto Services takes care of everything.

It was easy to deal with just one phone call & Email Link.

to explain, I add a copy of the email sent to my car insurer/data also sent to DLG
I write to complain

1. I did not receive a car condition report which I asked for several times from Darwin and DLG auto services
2. I never received support for all of the problems at the garage, I informed Darwin of all the problems and my health conditions but no support
3. The garage promised all parts would be on the car and delivered to the repairer. My car was delivered to repairer with all part taken off and missing from delivery
4.I had to chase these issues many times with no support or any call backs with updates from Darwin or garage
5. DLG auto services finally delivered parts just before Christmas but the repairer found the wheel was missing. I had to chase this and threaten a call to GM and directors. The wheel was then found and the repairer had to collect
6.Becose of all the delays I have no car over Christmas and new year
7.The hire company Auxillis cancelled the hire car but have left it stored on my drive till the 6th Jan. I am unable to use the hire car and I have many health issues. This is so unfair

DLG let me down !

The two gentlemen who came were punctual, polite and helpful. The loan car was adequate. they returned our car at a convenient time taking the loan car with them. As before they were polite and helpful.

The car was asses for damage, it was picked upon Friday 13th Dec and returned on Thursday 19th Dec. The repair was quick as they had to replace the drivers door and front wing The best service and I can recommend this service.

Very efficient service

I recently had my car repaired, but I've encountered a few issues since then. I left a message for the manager to call me, and it’s been a week now without a response. I would appreciate any assistance in getting this resolved. Thank you!

The repairs were made well and I have no problem with them.
The problem was that the man who collected the car, that car was dusty, this was untrue as I hoover the car and washed the car.

My first dealings with this company (hopefully the last) was excellent. This location Orpington were brilliant a very kind and helpful team of people who could not be more helpful would recommend to anyone

everything to be done was fully explained and all questions answered.

Everyone I had contact with was helpful, courteous and kind. The car was collected and returned promptly. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. The car was returned valeted inside and out.
