Fantastic. Tricky, rear quarter panel and door panel replacement to a fully electric. Repair was completed flawlessly at Orpington and in good time. Was kept advised regularly by phone too and they cleaned it before returning it. Thanks very much DLG Auto Services!

(They do send a link by SMS to a repairstatus site so you can check progress but it doesn’t seem to update in real time for whatever reason, but they do proactively call and text with updates anyway).

My car was repaired by DLG through Direct Line Insurance after a foreign tipper truck caused severe damage to offside front wing, bumper and bonnet. DLG took just a week before returning my car looking like new - you would never have known it had been damaged; having been repaired and cleaned inside and out thoroughly. They kept in contact to update the status of repair and everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly and helpful. Definitely a business to recommend (rare in the car industry).

My insurer is Direct Line with DLG the preferred repairer I can only describe a recent claim with DLG carrying out works on my car as something close to a personal service with my car being collected from my home and delivery following completion of works at a designated date and time slots. Add to this with DLG coordinating with the hire car company providing me with a replacement car, to ensure timely delivery and collection from my home. No phone calls from me to DLG to arrange all of the above but the reverse with DLG staying in touch via calls and messaging to track the works. Simply an awesome service experience!!

Great job repairing damaged door and side panel. Beautiful paint job and valeted so it all matches. Honestly, I couldn't tell it had been repaired. This was an insurance job but I would seriously consider using this company if I had to pay.

The work was done extremely quickly and very efficiently. The men who came to collect the car were polite and friendly.
