DLG Auto Services - Peterborough レビュー

My car was picked up by transporter as arranged with care. I was kept updated and informed from inspection to repairs. My car was then delivered back as arranged, again with care, by transporter. Both drivers very polite and helpful. My car looked new when it came back and l am very happy with the service l have received. Thank you.

What an amazing service! From start to finish, the whole process exceeded my expectations by a very long way. My car was picked from my home, repaired to an exceptionally high standard and then delivered back to my home. All staff involved were friendly, courteous and very informative and were a pleasure to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Well done to everyone at DLG Auto.

From Catherine Hall (nee Andrews)

Was contacted pretty swiftly by DLG, car was driveable and picked up by them at home. Repairs were carried out very quickly and faults discussed over the phone. Was away on day of delivery but car was dropped off and I was able to review the work on my return. The whole process was smooth, efficient and standard of work fantastic. Very pleased and though I dont particularly want to have another accident I would definitely use them again.

I was kept fully informed at all stages and everything went amazingly well - thanks!

Repaired my car to my entire satisfaction. I'd also highlight impressive customer-communication, and the professionalism of their interlocutor, Tracey. Well done everyone!

Service very good and on time

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Great communication throughout. Repair was excellent and car was dropped off at the estimated time.
Very pleased with the service.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. We were updated every day so knew that progress was being made. The work began as soon as the vehicle arrived and was completed ahead of the estimated time. We had complete confidence that the work would be of a high standard and we weren't wrong. Our car looks brand new. Many thanks to everyone concerned.

DLG Peterborough are nothing short of incredible. I have never experienced such great service, efficiency and good people in auto. From Jackie in reception to the standard of mechanical team, and the delivery guys, this is the very best you can get. Thank you so much!

Really impressed with the service. Everyone I spoke to was professional, helpful and friendly. Colleted and delivered the car when they said they would, good communication through the repairs and the car looks great!

Very professional approach to keeping the customer updated on work progress and excellent workmanship.

After damage was done to the offside rear wing against a wall, Direct Line put me in touch with DLG Auto Services for the repair. My wife and I were contacted immediately and their well organised, compassionate, streamline and professional services kicked into gear. A courtesy car was organised and delivered to our home and our damaged car taken to their workshop for repair.

The staff were very helpful and kept us up to date with every stage of the repair via telephone calls, emails and through their online panel. Our vehicle was returned with a first class repair, with a perfect match on the Pearlescent White bodywork and the dents had vanished! The drivers, Duane and Sean, were dressed appropriately, polite, professional and explained everything in great detail with photographs and emails to follow up. The Site Manager, Shaun Hewett, touched base with us and was also extremely helpful.

My wife and I are so grateful for their excellent customer care, service and quality of repair to BSI Kitemark (BS10125) with a 5 year warranty for the repair. Thank you!

I had an accident with a full grown deer. DLG Autos took all the stress away from collecting the vehicle, keeping me up dated on a weekly basis both via text and speaking to me on current status. The ladies in the office were brilliant and remained professional at all times. DLG Autos were very open and honest regarding any delays and answered any of my queries. Well done team.

We were kept informed at every stage. The staff were very friendly and the car was returned promptly and much cleaner! The repairs have been done perfectly. I cannot praise this company highly enough. Well done all.

Very pleased

Very well organised operation; collected my damaged car and kept me informed throughout the repair process.
When I collected it not only was the repair completed beautifully, but the whole car was cleaner than I've ever seen it!

I have passed my car to repair to this garage and work has been completed well above my expectation. Great job has been delivered.
