Delivered my car at 7pm also we agreed to change the grill and the number plate after the accident but DLG didn't change and when i check the invoice this company charge the new items.

Great service and excellent work carried out

My car came back with a few faults and extra damage (which was known) by dlg but the car was returned to me. I phoned to complain and was promised the earth, but that was three weeks ago… I’ve since inspected the paint work and it has more fish eyes than the London aquarium. Overall so far it has not been the best experience.

Superb customer service and excellent quality of work. Personal, considerate and timely communications helped reduce the inevitable stress of having my vehicle repaired after being driven into.

Everything promised by DLG was achieved with a few bonus points, for example the work was completed 3 day ahead of programme. The vehicle was valeted to a high standard and everything worked exactly as it was designed to do. I have used the vehicle for approx 2 weeks to ensure there were no hidden issues and have been very pleased

Outstanding service from the minute I was contacted. Car was collected at exactly the time specified. Excellent communication relating to the repair. I was kept informed throughout and the car looks like new. Simply outstanding and a great company to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I was always kept informed . The works were clearly explained . They kept to the schedule. A few hiccups were dealt with without fuss. Highly recommend. Staff I encountered were outstanding.

The service was great , the gent who came to collect my car was helpful with information about my loan car , it had been delivered a few minutes before he arrived , I was reading the manual and he pointed out a few things that were different on my own 69 plate car compared to to loan car a 23 plate a great help . The service was friendly, I was updated while my car was being repaired. Advised when it would be finished . When all was done my car was delivered to my door sparkling clean . Brilliant

Excellent service from start to finish. Picked car up within 2 days, kept me updated on its progress every day either by text or phone and returned within 10 days and looks as good as new. Can't fault them....

Very good, repaired my car after a bird strike, did an excellent job. They valet the car after all the repairwork is done, and when I got the car back it was as clean as when it came out of the showroom, 120000 miles previously!

After picking up the vehicle for repair, I was pleased that DLG called to tell me exactly what work would be carried out to ensure nothing was missed.

Good telephone and text communications. Realistic estimates of time taken. Very good standard of finishing.
Altogether a pleasant experience, and we’d be happy to use again.

My step daughters mobillity car was keyed, from petrol cap to the front wing, the insurance delt with and a young lad called luke in the rain dropped off the little corsa and drove her car away. Her car was returned today and I cannot tell where the damage was on the offside of the car, was the whole experince was trouble free and now a happy daughter. Thank you.

Very impressed with the repair work and the updates provided from start to finish. Collection and delivery of my car completed in good time and at my convenience.
