Dogtagsuk レビュー

Ordered my dog tag on the 28th September, says it's been shipped but have still not received it. I have also tried to contact them on Instagram with no response. I would like a refund so I can use it with a different company that will actually deliver what I paid for.

Ordered 2 large dog tags, and very pleased with quality and engraving. Took 10 days for delivery, but was reassured they were on route when I enquired about delay. Once delivered I realised they had been sent from Switzerland. Would use again.

I needed 2 new dog tags and 2 new cat tags and I’d looked at dogtagsuk a few times but you never know what your getting.. I’m so glad I went for it! I got medium for my frenchies and the size is perfect! They are thick and beautifully engraved and not heavy! I was worried about the size for the cats but again they were perfect! Arrived within the time frame given, no complaints! I would use again and highly recommend!

The tag arrived 7 days from ordering. I had enquired about the delay, to which I received a prompt and courteous assurance that it was on its way. It wasn't till it arrived that I discovered it had come from Switzerland (which explained why!) The tag itself is excellent quality and well worth the cost and the wait in my opinion.

Came eventually and is good quality sorry I was on short fuse

Give company a chance orders are taking a while to come
Good service

Really great quality dog tag and fabulous customer service! Highly recommend 👍👍❤️

I thought the product was a little slow to arrive, but I suppose one must allow for production of an individual tag, not just something that's lifted off the shelf and shipped out. It arrived this morning, and the quality is very good, nicely finished and packaged, and the writing on both sides is very clear. I actually emailed the company this morning asking about tracking numbers and they got back to me immediately but by that time the package had arrived. My only suggestion is that the company indicate that it will probably be two weeks from order to delivery within the UK, and if I had known that, I would still have ordered. Overall very happy

Rubbish, claims 5-7 days delivery (for which they charge) 8 days later still no sign of the tag, no tracking updates, no process tracking.. Wish I had bought elsewhere...

Fantastic customer service and I absolutely love the identification tags, they are gorgeous. Will be ordering another for our new addition once she’s been microchipped tomorrow 🐾
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very prompt delivery from a great choice of dog tags.
Beautiful and very sturdy metal with first class engraving.
Would highly recommend this product as is great value for money.

I've been using Dog Tags UK for almost four years, when I set up my dog day care business. I need easily attachable tags with my contact details for each of the dogs I look after to wear when we are out walking. These are perfect, and fit almost any size of harness (of which, there are so many of different types and sizes!). Does the job perfectly. Only slight issue is that the order took far longer than expected to arrive. But when I questioned the delay, the company was quick to respond, and they arrived soon after.

The tags arrived this morning and they are beautiful. My dogs look very smart, the tags are a good weight and the information is very clear. Excellent communication with dog tags I can highly recommend them

I ordered a heart shaped tag for my puppy, when it came, I was impressed by the quality and appearance of it. I was very pleased and ordered another because I needed more than one. I will be using this company again.

Experience has been highly positive. Easy to order, the quality of the product is outstanding, really beautifully crafted.
Delivery was good, within the stated timeframe as on their website.
Would highly recommend to others.

Ordered my puppy his tag. Perfect font and size, comes in lovely packaging. Very pleased with my order 5 ⭐️

The round tag I bought came from Switzerland. It is of great quality and came in a felt purse. The small ring I bought came in a separate sealed packet. Only downside is that the delivery time was long, taking 11 working days not the expected 5 to 7.

The dogtags are awful. They are cheap, nasty things that won't last 10 minutes.
They're not even engraved, they are printed and barely legible.
The rings you sent with the tags are small and flimsy. Simply attaching them to the tags has irreversibly bent them out of shape and made them useless for attaching to the collars.

Tags never arrived. Contacted customer services a few times and they just said they were on their way. I assumed dogtagsuk was a UK company but if they were sent when they said it can’t be. They refused to refund and I bought elsewhere.

After over a month of waiting, my order has still not arrived. I made multiple attempts to contact the company which were unanswered, and as a result, I purchased tags for both my dogs elsewhere. Eventually, customer services did get back to me but would not offer a refund.

I ordered a golden tag for my dog and was impressed with the quality and how shiny it looks. I highly recommend this product.
