Dogtagsuk レビュー

Great size and weight to tag. The information is really clear. I had to wait a while for delivery, but that was probably due to post. When I contacted Dogtagsuk, they responded very quickly. I would recommend this company.

Had to contact the Company re when I would receive my tags. Communication was easy and quick. The tags are perfect size and the information is clear. Very happy with them

The quality of the dog tags is exceptional. We are delighted with them. Thank you.

Lovely dog tag. Ordered a large and just perfect. Loved how it arrived in a little protective velvet bag. I thought delivery took a while and thought it may have been lost in the post but from the packaging, it looked like it was despatched from Switzerland. It probably said on ordering and I missed it, but if not, good idea to indicate number of working days to receive if coming from abroad. This however doesn’t change my 5* rating as a good quality and lovely product. I also loved the customer service and response to my email asking for estimated delivery date. Great tone of voice and made me feel individual and good rapport building! Thank you. Tip Top!

Really happy with the dog tag, it’s beautiful. Great customer service too.

Lovely tags. Company responsive too when I had a query

Love this site. Have bought 2 tags. I hot one for my Sheltie, a heart in gold with a diamond? On it. Only down side is she has such a lovely coat no-one can see it, but I know its there. Also got a gold bone for my boy. Would definitely use this site again

Really lovely looking dog tag, packaged beautifully and all the information (tel numbers) were accurate which we are very pleased with. Did take almost 2 weeks to arrive but then realised it had been shipped from outside the UK. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered this item expecting it to be fulfilled from within the UK. The company has an address registered in London which is used to mislead. Its just a virtual office address.

Ordering from the site was easy. Item shipped quickly and they say to allow 5 days via Royal Mail. I thought 5 days was odd.

Goods actually come from China in an Aliexpress type packet, go via Switzerland and may be held in customs. Then its handed to Royal Mail once in the UK. It actually had taken 11 days.

As I required the item sooner, it meant going to Pets at Homes and had one made in store whilst I waited!!

The item I received is actually smaller than the Pets at Home ID tag which suits my mini Dachshund pup better. The writing is easier to read and looks to be cnc milled / engraved. I've now put this tag on Alfie instead and quite like it.

I ordered a split ring with the tag and this differs to what was shown on the website. The one I received is cheap and basic.

3 star review because there is no way delivery would have been in 5 days. Suggest this business is upfront and honest about its trading and logistics.

Ordered a bone shape dog tag which was decent quality with good engraving, nicely packaged, however took around 2 weeks to arrive. Might be good to mention this so people are aware? Decent communication though on chasing up the tag, hence the 4 stars given.

I ordered the luxury dog tag in the bone shape and it is so beautiful. Nice and strong too, not thin like a lot of other dog tags nowadays. Gives it a better chance at survival with my Great Dane puppy!

Tags are crap. Laser etching!! I don't think so. Name is wearing off tag after a couple of weeks. Rainbow Pet is a UK company in name only. UK office is a drop box in Bell Yard, London, which has over 100,000 companies registered there. Tags are manufactured in far east, I assume China and shipped via Asendia, a mail handling company in Switzerland. Possible done to make it appear to be European product, that's why it takes over a month for your order to arrive. Customer service and spamming is located in Dublin run by a company called Custom Wizard which appears to be trading illegally as it was struck off the Irish register in 2022. Both companies are owned by a Kristelle Orle, who is a US citizen. So don't waste your time or money, get a tag made at your local pet store.

Tag is smart and the writing is nicely engraved so you can see it. Thought the hole in the tag needs to be bigger so that you can get it in a ring easier. The delivery is between 2-3 weeks so be aware of this. Communication with company was good when I got in touch to query this.

Such an easy process to order and follow up from the team was fabulous. The tag has arrived and compared to many other dog tags I've had over the years this is by far the best! Clear engraving and great size sturdy tag. Thanks for a great service. Will definitely use you again.

Wish I'd read these reviews first, almost identical to several recent reviewers!
Order not delivered, asked to wait 14 "working" days until its resent. Even a royal mail delivery 2nd class post wouldn't take this long to arrive at a standard UK address.
I am doubting this order has come from the UK as the website has stated.
I need this tag immediately and an
M going to have to order elsewhere as your your service to ask me to wait another 7 days is completely unacceptable when even 7 working days from the initial order is a generous postal time!
Can't see me getting a refund given the poor customer service.

Second order arrived safely. First order went astray so have waited a month for the tags. My only concern is that the printing is so small most people will have difficulty being able to read the telephone numbers!

FRAUDS BE CAREFUL they will steal your money and refuse to issue a refund for order that never arrived. They want me to wait another 2 weeks, there is no tracking available. After waiting for 12 days for my order to arrive I had send numerous emails yet they refuse to issue a refund and want me ti wait till the 28th of March for a replacement that I no longer need as I had to order it elsewhere. The customer service is shocking, they should be reported to trading syandards. Give me my money back you incompetent bunch of liars!

Beautifully made dog tags with clear text. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Highly recommend.

The tags are gorgeous, they arrive in little velvet packages, which is a nice touch.
Although delivery took 9 working days, the did respond when I chased.
Despite UK being in the name, mine arrived from Switzerland, hence the longer than usual delivery time, something on the website to state this could be helpful.
I would order again as the product is fab

The product is great, just as expected. Delivery took 10 days which could have been better, but there have been postal problems recently.
