Very happy with our purchase

Customer service when placing order were great. The original door we wanted wasn't available so another option was suggested. We had to wait longer to have them painted. It was longer than we thought but the doors have arrived, extremely well packaged I must add. They seem to be lovely quality and fantastic to get the touch up pack for any repairs if needed. Would highly recommended this company.

Looks fantastic

Very easy to order and lovely selection. My door looks fantastic. Very solid and great quality. I got it as a sliding door in my lounge but now I am wanting to do the rest of my home with matching doors. Delivery was great as the driver managed the delivery while I was home from work.

Door Station からの回答

Hi Shane,

We are really sorry about this! We do our best to show stock levels on the website prior to ordering by updating our suppliers stock feeds every morning. We also allow for products to be pre-ordered since many items tend to come back into stock reasonably quickly, which in turn gets you to the front of the queue for these popular items.

However we understand your disappointment on this occasion and we hope you can consider us again the future. We’d be delighted to help accommodate your requirements again next time.

Many thanks
Dan

Great communication

Great communication, the door that I ordered was unavailable and an alternative was suggested, and the price of the original door honoured which was fantastic. Very happy with the overall experience and the door is great! Highly recommend.
