Hey Jimi,
Thank you so much for your kind review! 💙 We're delighted to hear you're happy with both our customer support and the quality of your purchase. We truly appreciate your support and hope to welcome you back again soon! ✨
Zeer teleurstellende klantenservice.
Zeer teleurstellende klantenservice.

Zoals beschreven in ons garantiebeleid, dekt onze levenslange garantie fabricagefouten.

Never again
The necklace was lovely. The exchange process, however, moved at a pace usually reserved for continental drift.
After multiple assurances that my return would be prioritised, the replacement never arrived in time and I ended up requesting a refund instead.
Would buy jewellery elsewhere next time.

Hey Niki,
Sorry to hear that your experience went this way. This is obviously not the level of service we aim to provide.
I’d really like to look deeper into your case and understand exactly what happened with the exchange process and delays you experienced. Could you send us a message with your order number and a bit more information so I can personally dive into this for you?
And if things indeed didn’t go the way they should have on our side, we’ll of course look at a fitting solution together.
