I ordered a necklace, a bracelet, and a pendant. The products are perfect. Unfortunately, the size I ordered doesn’t fit the person. So I wanted to exchange them, since there’s a 30-day return policy. I contacted customer support via the online form and haven’t received a response after a week. I also sent an email and haven’t received a reply to that either. I find this very disappointing and unprofessional. The website states that 24/7 support is available and that you’ll receive a response within 24 hours.

I'm still waiting for a reply.

Quality products and rapid shipping make it the best in the game

I bought a cross necklace and it’s amazing I’ve been wearing it to school for the past month now and I keep getting compliments this was one and still is the best purchases I’ve ever made the quality is genuinely amazing and since it’s moissanite it shines like crazy in the sun. The customer service team were also amazing very nice and friendly and the order came literally the next day genuinely the best purchase ever I would recommend everyone to buy something on there. I will definitely be buying from there again!

Ik heb hoogwaardige vergulde kettingen gekocht voor mezelf en mijn familie. Ik heb aankopen gedaan voor vijf familieleden. De kwaliteit is goed. Ik heb twee jaar geleden een vergulde ketting voor mezelf gekocht. Ik droeg hem op mijn werk, tijdens het zwemmen en eigenlijk constant, en hij is nog steeds in uitstekende staat. Hij is goed gemaakt.

I was interested in ordering from this company but I wanted to know where the items were manufactured but they refused to tell me even though it is a legal requirement in the EU. I also see they flag negative comments to try to get them removed / hidden tok.
As they are happy to breach EU regulations and are not clear where items are made, I have decided not to go ahead and order.
Should be reported to.

UPDATE: just because you don’t like the review you can’t flag it for removal. I already advised you that your response to me on email was inaccurate. As your company packaging has ‘Amsterdam ’ written on it Eu law requires to avoid confusion and be clear about where you product is originating from. You seem to flag any review that is negative. I’m picking this up with tristpilot as this is an abuse of their system and clearly speaks of A company trying to hide honest reviews.
Please review your flag and allow the review to stay or I will take further

I bought 2 products. One gold chain and one gold bracelet. Arrived earlier than said which was pretty good. The packaging was very professional and high class. Only downside which is not really a downside, is that I would like the gold to look a little more worn out so it gives a 100% realistic look. Also when I received my package, I was surprised to see that I have been gifted a silver rope chain which I was looking to buy either way. I have to mention that I have never been more satisfied with a purchase I made online. Congrats!

Oorbellen/studs besteld. Na nog geen 3 maanden is er een steentje uit. Na meerdere keren contact te hebben gehad en fotos/ videos gestuurd te hebben met de klantenservice wordt er gezegd dat dit door impact moet zijn gebeurd en niet onder de garantie valt. Dit is echter niet waar. Oorbellen na douchen in en voor het slapen gaan uit. Aardige customer service maar geen oplossing. Oorbellen de prullenbak in net zoals mn geld. Ik zal hier nooit meer bestellen. As requested on trustpilot I reached out to customer service again with a prompt response that "my case " would be reviewed again to no response a week later
