Absolutely love my new jewellery, it is amazingly sparkly and very very special. I think the guarantee encourages me to wear it everyday so it’s practical as well as luxurious. Love it everyday. The team are very attentive and kind I felt very looked after despite a couple of very small bumps in the road.

Best Purchase Ever
When my order arrived i loved it, from box to jewelry. Box came in looking fresh and trust chain was looking clean from box to wearing it. I loved cuban links as my style and this is how i always wanted it and i do not regret being it. I would recommend buying here and i would definitely buy again. I do hope that in the future theirs allot more jewelry but love the order

This is a great company. They came highly recommended by a friend, and I can see why. Their customer service is exceptional. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and the exchange process was quick and seamless. Within just a few days, I had the correct size. Ik heb op 30 mei een ketting gekocht die op 6 juni cadeau is gegeven aan mijn vriend. Hij heeft de ketting slechts twee keer gedragen (alleen in het weekend) voordat deze brak tijdens het verwisselen van een T-shirt.
Na meermaals contact met Drippy sinds 14 juni en het aanleveren van foto’s en een video werd de garantieclaim afgewezen met de uitleg dat het door “external force” zou komen, zonder concreet bewijs.
Een ketting hoort na twee keer dragen niet kapot te gaan. Ik had meer verwacht van een bedrijf waar ik ongeveer €240 aan sieraden heb besteld.

Zoals beschreven in ons garantiebeleid, dekt onze levenslange garantie fabricagefouten. Schade veroorzaakt door externe krachten of spanning tijdens gebruik valt helaas buiten deze dekking.
Desondanks hebben we, na je zaak meerdere keren zorgvuldig te hebben bekeken en de omstandigheden in overweging te hebben genomen, besloten een uitzondering te maken en je een e-mail te sturen met een oplossing uit coulance.
Kijk in je inbox en spammap als je de e-mail nog niet hebt gezien. Je kunt ons daar gerust een bericht sturen als je vragen hebt.

1 Ster : Misleidende levenslange garantie – verkleurt al na zes maanden
Ik heb meerdere sieraden gekocht bij Drippy Amsterdam: twee James Franco kettingen, een ring en nog een andere ketting. Allemaal goudkleurig (geen echt goud). Het bedrijf adverteert sterk met een “levenslange garantie” waarbij de sieraden goudkleurig zouden blijven en niet zouden verkleuren. Helaas klopt dit niet.
Na ongeveer zes maanden begon het goudkleurige laagje bij meerdere stukken zichtbaar te verkleuren. Het wordt witachtig/zilverig, vooral op plekken waar het veel contact heeft met huid of kleding. Dit is bij verschillende items tegelijk gebeurd.
Ik had vertrouwen in de garantie en de belofte, maar die wordt niet nagekomen. Jammer, want de sieraden zien er in het begin mooi uit en de designs zijn leuk. Maar als de kleur na een half jaar al verdwijnt, is de “levenslange garantie” helaas vooral marketingpraat.
Wie mooie, blijvend goudkleurige sieraden zoekt, zou ik aanraden om dit goed in overweging te nemen voordat je koopt.
