Hey Amber,
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, especially if your jewelry didn’t last as long as you expected.
We’d genuinely like the opportunity to look into this and see what happened. Please send us a message with your order details so we can reopen your case and have our team take another look.
We’d be happy to help.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Low-quality jewelry, no repair service, and a warranty process that seems designed to avoid taking responsibility.

Hey Christopher,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We do provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, and we'd genuinely like to help resolve your case.
At the moment, we haven't been able to fully assess the issue because we don't have the order number and the bracelet was received as a gift, so we're unable to locate and verify the original purchase.
Please reply to our email with the order number or the original purchaser's name/email address, and we'll be happy to continue reviewing your case and see how we can help.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Drippy Jewelry. Every order I've placed has arrived incredibly quickly—usually within just 2–3 days, which is impressive.
What really sets Drippy apart is their customer service. They give you 30 days to decide if you're happy with your purchase, which shows they stand behind their products. Whenever I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has replied promptly and has always been genuinely professional, kind, and eager to help.
Fast delivery, a generous return window, and outstanding customer service make Drippy a company I can confidently recommend. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Hey Casper,
We're genuinely sorry to read about your experience, especially knowing the sentimental meaning this chain has for you. We completely understand how disappointing this must feel.
While fading isn't normally covered under our lifetime warranty, we'd still like to take another look at your case rather than leave things here.
Please reach out to us at our support email with your order number. We'll reopen your case and review it with our team to see if there's anything further we can do for you.
We hope to have the opportunity to make this right.
DO NOT HESITATE!
Absolutely love my new jewellery, it is amazingly sparkly and very very special. I think the guarantee encourages me to wear it everyday so it’s practical as well as luxurious. Love it everyday. The team are very attentive and kind I felt very looked after despite a couple of very small bumps in the road.
