Buying the item was easy enough but I spent more money trying to return it over 5 months as it kept getting sent back to me. 3 times I tried and each time it cost me over 25 quid to send . never got my money back , stuck with a chain

Just to clarify as well, we do not refuse or send back returns at our warehouse, so this may possibly have been caused by a carrier or shipping issue during the return process. We’d definitely like to investigate this further and see how we can help.

bought a bracelet from them twice, and both times it broke on its own. When I contacted them, they only offered me a 10% discount if I wanted to buy again. They don’t offer any warranty — they’re scammers.”

Braclet
I ordered a braclet but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Drippy had no issue with me returning it and they sent me out the correct size . They only issue I had was that I had to pay to return it. It cost €13 for postage.

Teleurstellende ervaring – slechte afhandeling bij defect product
Ik heb een armband besteld bij Drippy Amsterdam als cadeau. De bestelling en levering verliepen zonder problemen en het product zag er bij ontvangst goed uit. Helaas ging de armband binnen 2–3 weken bij normaal gebruik al kapot; de schakel bij de sluiting was opengebogen.
( december gekocht. Sinds januari tot nu ben ik hier mee bezig)
Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en meerdere foto’s aangeleverd. De communicatie was op zich vriendelijk, maar mijn klacht werd afgewezen met de uitleg dat de schade zou zijn veroorzaakt door “externe mechanische kracht”. Er werd meerdere keren verwezen naar een beoordeling door juweliers, maar ondanks mijn verzoeken is er nooit een concreet rapport of onderbouwing gedeeld.
Omdat ik het hier niet mee eens was, heb ik het ook via Klarna geprobeerd op te lossen. Helaas werd mijn claim daar afgewezen op basis van de informatie van de verkoper. Wat mij opvalt, is dat Drippy aangeeft dat Klarna een onafhankelijke beoordeling heeft gedaan, terwijl Klarna zelf aangeeft dat hun beslissing gebaseerd is op de informatie van de verkoper en niet op een eigen technische analyse.
Wat ik vooral teleurstellend vind, is dat het product binnen zo’n korte tijd defect raakt en er vervolgens geen vervanging of (gedeeltelijke) terugbetaling wordt aangeboden. De enige “oplossing” was een kortingscode om opnieuw iets te kopen, wat voor mij niet als een eerlijke oplossing voelt.
Kort samengevat: goede eerste indruk, maar de kwaliteit en vooral de service bij problemen vallen tegen. Voor deze prijs had ik een duurzamer product en betere afhandeling verwacht.

We hebben uw geval meerdere keren met ons team en de juweliers besproken en de schade is vastgesteld als veroorzaakt door externe kracht in plaats van een fabricagefout, wat buiten onze garantie valt.
Als blijk van goede wil hebben we u een kortingscode gegeven, hoewel een vervanging of terugbetaling in dit geval niet mogelijk was.
We begrijpen dat dit niet de uitkomst is waarop u had gehoopt. Mocht u toch hulp nodig hebben, dan staan we nog steeds voor u klaar. Neem gerust contact met ons op en we doen ons best om u verder te helpen.
