Warning to others to never go to this car company
Drive now will sell you a car that looks like they're is nothing wrong with it but when you buy it you start to have to buy new parts to fix up the car and they are discriminatory to people on disability and the racist and I don't care if you have PTSD and when I had a lawyer involved, they paid off the lawyer and they lied to the inspector general claiming they paid for all the parts when I have the receipts and they do not and I have a bunch of witnesses to back me up and they don't hold their end of contract they have broken my contract three times. I would never recommend going here ever.

Purchases 2015 Jaguar XJ on June 12th 2024 paid for in full pay $350 for delivery now sales rep can't seem to find a way to ship the car. They don't want to pay what it actually cost to ship the car. Update car has finally arrived upon and inspection found severe tire rash and back rims on one side should have been on the front and vice versa also inner tie rod had to be replaced upper control arm as well as lower control arm had to be replaced O2 sensor downstream had to be replaced start button had to have a cover due to holes in the middle of it spoke with someone at the dealership and they offered to give me $285 toward the repairs they sent the check and I received it the following day repair estimates are over $800 on some parts in labor at least they did try to help sad situation.

Purchased my vehicle on January 17, 2024. on the way home my check engine light came on. I called the dealer was told to bring it back in they will check everything out. I brought the car back in the next day, I was told it needed a catalytic converter After having my car for a week changing the catalytic converter I received my car drove it home the next day the light came back on called them again, was told the turbo charger went out took the car back to the dealer to have the turbo charger replaced and also had a cracked coolant reservoir tank. They had the car for a little over a week picked the car up and noticed the coolant reservoir tank had not been repaired and the check engine light came back on, took the car back for another week. I was told the repairs were complete What is drove it for about 45 minutes heading home Check engine light came back on called the dealer back again and informed them I also took it, and had it examined by , another repair shop that I trusted he examined it told me The coolant reservoir had a hairline crack and headed to be replaced which was $414 and also that the turbo charger needed to be replaced which would be $2700. The cost of these repairs in addition to the $5300 I put down on the vehicle as a down payment. I explained to him the turbo charger had been replaced. He suggested I take it back to the shop took my car back to the shop again they had the car for over a week again when I picked the car up drove home check engine light comes on again it’s now March 1st just getting my car back and the check engine light is still on.This place should not be in business. The vehicles they are selling are no good. They fix them up just enough to get them up off of their lot soon as you get those cars home your check engine light is on and you are out of 1000s of dollars. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I’ve purchased many cars before in the past. They should not be in business total fraud.Today is March 27,2024 this is still a ongoing issue with my car

Ho prenotato un’auto per un noleggio giornaliero a Roma. Alla data e ora di prenotazione l’auto e’ stata parcheggiata dal personale sharenow vicino al mio hotel (sulle strisce pedonali!!) . Quando ho aperto l’auto ho trovato rifiuti di tutti i tipi sui sedili e nelle tasche delle portiere . Il cruscotto indicava la
Mancanza dell’olio e la chiave inglese la necessità di manutenzione. Quando ho aperto il baule ho trovato un sacco della spazzatura pieno !!! Mi domando cosa fa il personale di questa società quando consegna un ‘auto!!! Il servizio nettezza urbana? Ho fatto un reclamo e non mi hanno risposto. Ho fatto un sollecito e mi hanno risposto che con tutta la gente che usa le loro macchine può succedere. Significa che neppure hanno verificato cosa è successo perché con una prenotazione giornaliera e l’auto consegnata dal loro personale sono loro responsabili del disservizio!! Uso questa società spesso in Germania e non ho mai avuto problemi. In Italia mai più!!

Frarådes! Dårlig bil, dårlig hjælp og intet ønske om at råde bod på den dårlige service.
Vi skulle bruge bilen i 1 time, men endte med at bruge over 5 timer på vores ærinde, fordi vores bil ikke ville lade op og fordi supporten gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at få os til at køre efter nye laderstationer, i stedet for bare at hjælpe os med at komme hjem.
Det begyndte da bilen trængte til en smule strøm. Vi kørte efter den første og bedste ladestation via bilens eget gps-system, men der var ikke nogen ladestation da vi nåede frem (inde på tankstationen kunne de oplyse, at den endnu ikke var sat op - af hvilken grund den figurerer på GPS’en er en gåde…). Heldigvis kunne vi se at der var en anden station i nærheden. Da vi kom derhen, fik vi hjælp af en anden elbil-bruger til at lade op, men det virkede ikke. Vi brugte lang tid og endte med at ringe til DriveNow. De sendte os straks videre til den eksterne lade-udbyder, som forsøgte hvad de kunne for at hjælpe, men intet hjalp. Vi ringede igen til DriveNow og de bad os opsøge endnu en ladestation fra en anden lade-udbyder længere ude ad motorvejen. Det gjorde vi, efter at de havde afvist vores anmodning om at få hjælp til at komme hjem i stedet for at køre mere rundt. På næste ladestation virkede det stadig ikke, vi prøvede flere standere, ringede igen til DriveNow, og blev endnu engang sendt videre til supporten hos den nye lade-udbydder. Det viste sig at være de forkorter vi blev sendt videre til, så vi ringede endnu engang til DriveNow og bad om at komme hjem. De sendte os mod en nu bil, på afveje fra vores rute. De fortalte os ikke, at vi ville blive faktureret for brug af denne nye bil, men sådan endte det. Vi fik en smule rabat, men skulle stadig betalte for den oprindelige tur samt den yderligere tur hjem med lånebilen. Vi ringede og spurgte hvordan det kunne være at vi blev bedt om at betale for både den oprindelige service, vi havde købt af dem, som vi ikke mente de havde levet op til, og vores hjemtur. De fastholdt stejlt deres krav og vi har været nødt til at betale. De ringede aldrig tilbage på vores sidste henvendelse om begrundelse af deres beslutning.
Bad pandemic management - taking money
We booked with them back in 2020 (a van for lots of days so a large amount of money) and were looking forward to the trip. However, the pandemic hit and different state goverment closed and further restrictions.
The trip then had to be cancelled and they refunded a part but they retained a portion, even though every company was fully refunding due to the pandemic. The actual van company was ok for the money to be refunded but DriveNow as an intermediary refused.
In the end, DriveNow offered a credit to be used afterwards. We tried for the credit to be used by friends as they advised it could be posible, however they did not cooperate to make it happen. In the end we have not been able to return to Australia and are asking for the refund over and over again.

I discussed purchasing a 2 year old Kia Stinger GTS with 8k miles from the Cardiff branch and because I live 180 miles away I asked for a video of the car. It looked okay and so agreed to buy the car subject to a test drive and paid a £250 deposit. I was told the car would be serviced and prepared for sale and they would let me know when it was ready for collection. Five days later I was told the car was ready and it was 'Immaculate', friends drove me down to Cardiff and as soon as I saw the car I was seriously angry - the rear bumper was a noticeably different shade of red to the rest of the car & much duller. The sales rep' tried to insist that it hadn't been resprayed and said it was due to the bumper being plastic....so the paint appears a different shade! Why is the front bumper the same shade as the rest of the car then ? The car hadn't even been washed or valeted & there was damage to one of the sills where it looked like it had been dropped off a jack. There was no apology from the sales staff for falsely bringing us 180 miles, I even heard him say to another staff member 'he doesn't want it now - what does he expect from a 2 year old car '? Needless to say I left the dealership within 10 minutes with my deposit returned !

Er firma der charger lidt eksta på den grove måde. Fraråder for hårdt at holde sig fra drivenow og we drive. Deres app og bil er fuldstændig umuligt skruet sammen og de har forklsringsproblemer på deres tlf når det handler om parkering. Du kan godt regne med en regning på +100 kr mere end hvad du regner med.

Hvorfor kan man ikke bruge jeres biler før man har haft kørekort i et år? Det kan man hos GreenMobility! Og de fleste mennesker kører pænt også selvom de lige har fået kørekort, så kan ikke se hvorfor i ikke kan/tør.
