Har kørt en del gange med Drivenow, men nøj en ringe oplevelse og service jeg oplevede i dag.
Jeg ankommer til bilen og følger som altid vejledningen i app'en. Det spørger efter en pinkode som jeg indtaster og turen starter. Den brokker sig ikke over at ladekablet sidder i bilen hvilket jeg ikke opdagede. Dette brokker den sig over da jeg forsøger at starte bilen. Jeg skal så ud og fjerne kablet hvilket jeg forsøger. Det viser sig dog at jeg gør det i forkert rækkefølge hvilket resulterer i at kablet ikke kan fjernes, jeg er derfor nødsaget til at ringe til kundeservice alt imens tiden går hvilket jeg betaler for. Efter at have talt med kundeservice får jeg fjernet kablet og sat mit til rette igen, forsøger at starte bilen hvilket den ikke vil. Jeg ringer til kundeservice igen som fortæller at jeg skal genstarte min tur for at det kommer til at virke. Indtil nu har det koste mig 10 min uden overhovedet at have startet bilen. Jeg er forundret og imponeret over så ringe information i så smart en bil samt så ringe kundeservice. De kompenserede mig for 5 min. Så jeg betalte altså stadig for 5 min kundeservice tid.
Derudover skulle jeg samtidigt betale 1,65kr. Som de glædeligt trak fra mit kort da jeg godkendte at min bank skulle bekræfte dem i henhold til ny EU lovgivning.
Tak for denne gang DriveNow. Det er tid til at finde alternativer 👍🏻
PS. Det er ikke pengene der irriterer mig, men mangel på fleksibilitet og forståelse for jeres mangelfulde backend og system.

Jeg kommer ind i lejebilen, hvor det flyder med CO2 patroner og Brügger stykker snus.
Jeg syntes det var en super klam oplevelse, derfor 2 stjerner.

Terrible. Don't use. There is no customer service. The telephone number is never answered and there is no email. Hopeless
In case of any problem, just CALL them
Initially, my review was bad because my problem couldn't be solved in more than 2 weeks and I was distressed...
I have to change it now because everything was solved today in less than 10 minutes. However, I had to call them several times.
If you face any difficulties with DriveNow, don't write, but call them...
You can wait for an answer by email for several weeks, while the real person can solve everything right away.

Got a car with very low petrol
Got a car with very low petrol, the petrol station near by was different from the one that they have on partnership, so I contacted the customer service and they told that I will be refunded. After 1 month I am still waiting, customer service are been helpful but apparently the refund team can't just be bothered to do their job.
Fjerner zoner uden at informere
Har i lang tid været tilfreds med DriveNow, men her på det seneste er der fjernet mange områder i nærheden af min bopæl i Ballerup området, som jeg ikke havde fået besked på. Så måtte jeg køre til det nærmeste område i nærheden af offentlig transport, som lå 3 kilometer væk. En ting er at man fjerner områder, i stedet for at udvide og øge brugen af dette gode koncept, noget helt andet er at fjerne områderne uden at give en loyal bruger besked. I har desværre mistet en loyal kunde, og jeg ender nok med at købe bil nr. 2 i husstanden.

Virkelig nemt!
Har netop kørt en tur fra Lufthavnen til Valby. Bilen var parkeret i P7, så der var kun få minutters gang fra ankomst. Bilen var ren og pæn indvendig, men ret beskidt udvendig.
Det var min første tur med DriveNow, men det bliver bestemt ikke den sidst.

I don't know how I came across this site but it was interesting to see how many unhappy customers or let me refraise it how many unhappy Ignoramuses there are.
And I have to agree with everyone of you. The so called customer service reps were extremely aggressive rude and and hanged up the phone on my self and my friend I referred to them. All in all it took them TWO WEEKS!!! To finally get my friends account up and running. After many calls and emails to them no one helped.
Also I've been a member for around three weeks and still haven't received or seen the so called money the say that they freeze when you start your rental??
I would 109 percent agree that they need to be put under the spotlight and investigated with someone undercover like watchdog because to me it feels like if you can't speak to a manager when you need one then they are all in on this scam.
My advice would be to look at other alternatives out there and do your research before hand for example zip car is a much cheaper alternative and much better service after all if we was not paying they would not have a job right?

EVERY time I attempt to use a Drivenow car there are ALWAYS some form of technical issues with the cars that I end up terminating my plans to use them, however today's experience was the WORST........ I boarded the car in question and after speaking with your customer service rep regarding my PIN, I tried to start the car, but again as with all my other experiences with Drivenow cars, every stage to start the car comes with major issues. Today the engine did start, however the issue was getting it out of 'P' and to drive off, after several attempts to start the engine again and move the gears from its P position and trying to use the navigator to get some info from the screen, the screen then started to malfunction and was asking me if I wanted to exit the car, keep it or end the session etc, I then agreed to end the session and immediately, with me still inside the car, it started to shut down and lock up. I was LOCKED inside the car for what seemed like a long time; given the boiling temperatures of the weather. In a huge panic I called the customer service line and this TOOK FOREVER for someone to pick up my call and when I finally did get through the representative was very nonchalant about my experience. During this call and my panic to get out of the car when he opened it from his end, I accidentally cut off the call... At no point did this rep try to call me back to ensure I was ok after my frightening ordeal. I called back and got another representative and whist she took my complaint, I found her to also be very dismissive of my ordeal as she rushed me off the line telling me other people are trying to get through.

Hired and opened a car that was already in use and not in the location it said is was.

Car battery failing but the car still available to hire.
Taking such a high deposit but can not instantly refund when car is faulty.
Recently hit with 2 fines (towing and parking) incorrectly then sent the full information of another customer (breaching confidentiality.
Had money taken from my account for the fine which was not mine.
Rude team member (Andreea) disputing with me about whether I had money taken from my account or not and that it has nothing to do with them.
Only offered £10 driving credit for all of this.
They take ages to answer their calls.
Half the time the language barrier of the person who’ll answers, wastes a lot of time - Which runs up more you’re rental time.
DriveNow cleaner once stole my purse because when I’d realised I lost it, the car was in the same place and DriveNow confirmed the only person who had been in the car since I had it was the cleaner.
Management argued that the company had strict rules and the cleaner would’ve returned it. (If the cleaner doesn’t mention it, then of course it would be unknown).
RIDICULOUS.

If I had the option to gove ZERO starts that would be my choice. Account has been blocked after the card on my account expired and they were not able to collect £17!!!!! Straight away updated the card details to the new payment method. DriveNow continued to try and charge the old card and eventually blocked my account. Now they are demanding I go to the bank and do a bank transfer to them instead of just charging the new card. Customer services agent hang up on me and just said she does not know why this has happened. No managers available and very rude representatives. Hanging up on a customer? Really?

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service, I hired a car with a package in Munich. It was due to send me an SMS so I could enter the experience with the package. I didnt get it, at the experience I stood and phoned the customer service, who said they would send the code for the entry. It never came, so I paid for it myself. I then rang them again, they said they would give me extra hours as compensation and refund back to the account, I said I wanted the money for the experience I had to pay for. They said they would get a supervisor to contact me. Now 2 weeks later and a number of the most horrible calls I have ever experienced. They say I booked hours, not the package (not true, I had it on the screen with a timer counting it down,,,, why would I ring??) and that they don't believe I should get a refund. Again I tried to speak to a supervisor, the rep said "its sunday, why would we have a supervisor on a sunday". I have never, had such an insulting experience. So be warned ! , if they charge you wrong , its all your fault !!!!!

Al termine di un noleggio, si scopre impossibile la chiusura; 25 minuti attesa, in tutto, 10 minuti rimborsati.
Ultimo noleggio effettuato in data 02/08, il pagamento vive un esito negativo, e ricevo e-mail di sollecito tramite Bonifico Bancario. Si provvede al bonifico, ma risultano inesatti i dati da loro comunicati. Riproviamo Bonifico direttamente dalla Banca, e riscontriamo lo stesso problema (in filiale).
Sembra vi sia un "alert" aperto sui loro CC, dice la banca.
Ultima chiamata al call center in Germania, oggi pomeriggio, e risponde una ragazza che da del "tu", ti chama per nome, e riporto testualmente "boh non so', magari ti ricontattiamo noi"
Totale noleggi in euro effettuati da Giugno ad oggi : 185,86
Totale numero noleggi da Giugno ad oggi: 16
Nessuna multa.
La parte piu' interesasnte e' lato Call Center, che si lamentano dell'ufficio chiuso a Milano, tutto il mese di Agosto, nonostante loro in Germania stiano lavorando, dicendo che il problema deriva dall'Italia.
Personalmente parlando, da dove arrivi il problema a me non interessa, se hanno problemi sui loro CC, significa che qualcosa non sta funzionando o non ha funzionato come avrebbe dovuto.
Aggiornamento: ultima chiamata Call Center pochi istanti fa, ricevuta da numero anonimo, per sentirmi dire che il problema e' causato da CAR2GO, e dalla fusione che stanno avendo in questi giorni.
Il contratto e' stipulato con DRIVENOW, il problema e' di DRIVENOW con la loro Banca.
Per portarvi 18,19 Euro devo venire in Germania o aspettare Settembre che riapra l'ufficio di Milano, nonostante "INTIMIATE" di procedere al bonifico entro 10 gg ?
Nel Video promozionale, l'Amministratore Delegato di DRIVENOW, parla di "innovazione" sotto tutti i punti di vista, e punto forte l'Applicazione senza eguali.
A me non sembra.
Dopo le opportune verifiche tramite due istituti bancari (quindi non solo il mio) risultano esserci persino degli "ALERT" sui Conti Correnti Unicredit di Drivenow, perche' sembra essere prassi bloccare account inventando disservizi tecnici che vengono notoriamente affibbiati agli Istituti Bancari degli iscritti al servizio,
ma non e' cosi' a conti fatti.
Cosi' facendo, DRIVENOW costringe i propri iscritti ad effettuare Bonifici a favore di UNICREDIT Germania, con un costo aggiuntivo che varia da 10 euro fino a 28 euro!
Questo accade perche' la nuova normativa Europea sulla privacy, include questo genere di "tassa" sulle transazioni, dando la posisbilita' alle grandi banche, di poter addebitare costi che nel 90% dei casi superano di molto l'importo dovuto.
Vedi le molteplici segnalazioni in rete, di addebiti per 4 euro non andati a buon fine, per noleggi brevi, con dei costi di 24 euro per il bonifico, perche' DRIVENOW al posto di ritentare il pagamento, blocca a priori la carta e pretende il bonifico.
Questo accade sia con Carta Prepagata che Carta di Credito normale, avente plafond.
Al momento si sta valutando segnalazione alle autorita' competenti, prendendo in esame tutte le segnalazioni.

I like the concept and the cars, but it doesn’t work smoothly. We’ve had problems in more than 50% of cases (car doesn’t lock or open and long wait for support calls) which made it a bad experience.
