Provided all the details for a refund more than 7 days ago and now they ask for the same details they already have which was included in a legal document. This company will keep your money as long as they possibly can and then will make excuses as to why its not been refunded. BE WARNED! IT WILL BE MENTALLY DRAINING GETTING MONEY REFUNDED FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would highly recommended Jacinta and Ed at Bective, Brook Green if you want to sell your flat in this area. Professional, patient, fully involved and calm to the end.

Jay and his team were very helpful and considerate throughout the selling process. They kept me up to date and I didn't feel out of the loop at any point. I appreciated that they would phone me to let me know what was happening rather than just a text or email. This human touch was important to me at an emotional time of selling my beloved home.
The whole team were courteous and respectful, especially when prospective buyers were coming and going.
Great team, lovely people, very efficient and reliable. I would be happy to use them again.
