si j'ai pensé à regarder si les paiements paypal étaient acceptés,j'aurais surtout dû lire les avis avant de faire confiance à ce vendeur .Visiblement il a une technique de vente bien rodée :il rentre des tas de références,et vous êtes contents de commander la vôtre.Sauf que vous recevez un article qui ne correspond pas (dans notre cas trop petit).Alors la galère commence: vous demandez un échange et on vous demande une photo prouvant que l'article ne correspond pas .Vous vous exécutez et alors on vous propose un remboursement !donc vous savez déjà que vous n'aurez pas votre article.Et pour être remboursé,vous devez renvoyer A VOTRE CHARGE l'article reçu dans l'état d'origine!sauf que c'est impossible puisque vous avez été obligé à leur demande de le sortir de l'emballage pour leur envoyer la photo.Vous faîtes donc appel à paypal qui vous répêtes ce que vous savez déjà sur les modalités de retour!! Et vous vous retrouvez avec deux solutions:renvoyer à vos frais (non remboursés) un article qui ne vous sera pas remboursé parce que emballage ouvert ou bien garder un objet qui ne vous servira pas parce que le vendeur ne disposait pas de la bonne référence et que de ce fait il vous a envoyé n'importe quoi! donc A FUIR!!!

However, I can shed some light on how our returning procedure usually works. If an article does not fit, we may ask for some pictures or extra information regarding your original product and device. This will allow us to figure out why the product does not fit, both to be able to offer you an alternative product as well as to improve the information on our site.

Sending these details and having to open the packaging does not affect your right to warranty at all. The outer packaging of the product does not have to be unopened for you to have a right to a refund. This is in accordance with European Consumer Protection law.

Please note we do ask you to return them in the state you received them. This means you cannot tamper with, damage, or alter the product. Of course, if the product was already damaged upon receiving it, this would be taken into account.

Sadly, we do indeed not compensate shipping costs usually. If you ordered a product incorrectly, you can return it, but the costs for returning it are borne by you. However, if the product has to be returned due to a fault of ours, be it a defect or incorrect information on our site, we will compensate the returning costs.

As I have not been able to find your order nor the communcation you had with us, I cannot provide further details. However, I hope this clarifies our returning procedure! Dyr toll og lang leveringstid - anbefales ikke!

Dustdeal.no er ikke registrert i VOEC, noe som betyr at mottakere i Norge må betale importavgift. Støvsugerposene og filteret jeg bestilte ble i tillegg pakket i to separate esker. Disse ble tollbehandlet separat av Posten, med kr 112 pr pakke. Begge pakkene ble sendt samme dag fra Estland, i esker som fint hadde hatt plass til begge deler i samme eske. Samlet frakt og fortolling kom på kr 381 for en liten bestilling på kr 253 for selve varene. Leveringstid på 1 måned er også alt for lenge, spesielt når pakkene sendes uten sporingsnummer, og uten klar informasjon om at pakken(e) var blitt sendt, selv etter dialog med support. (Posene og filteret jeg til slutt mottok ser ut til å være riktige ihht bestilling).

Oppdatering 27/09-2024: Ref svaret nedenfor. Jeg har fått refundert det ene tollbehandlingsgebyret på kr 112 og har derfor endret min vurdering fra 1 til 3 stjerner. Totalprisen er da OK sammenlignet med andre leverandører, men jeg gir fortsatt trekk for høy fraktprisen med over en måneds leveringstid og ingen sporing.

We are sadly indeed not a Norwegian company. We are a Dutch company shipping from the Netherlands, as is noted on our shipping page. This means you can indeed be charged with additional customs fees. These are normally never compensated.

However, from your description, it sounds like you were charged twice the customs fees due to a mistake in the shipping and labeling of your order. Our sincere apologies for this.

I have not been able to find any prior communication regarding these customs charges via your ticket. Could you please contact us again, and send us the receipt of both these customs charges? This will allow us to refund the additional customs charge, as this was a mistake on our part.

Møkka»firma»!! Bestilte 3 ting, alle 3 tingene jeg mottok etter nesten 4 uker var feil. Send tilbake, vi betaler retur sier dem. Putt sakene i en boblekonvolutt og få tilbake 5(!!!) euro. Skulle likt å sett størrelsen på konvolutten, med plass til en støvsugerslange, poser og hepafilter. 10€ i kompensasjon for retur i en stor pappeske til Nederland. Det er bare nok til teipen jeg trenger for å pakke den inn. STYR UNNA dette selskapet, svindel og lureri fra start til mål. I tillegg må du betale mva og tollbehandlingsgebyr. Kjøper du 4 stk støvsugerposer på Clas Ohlson slipper du unna med 130 kr istedet for det firedobbelte. Sånn - nå er du advart.

In February, we offered to send the right products to you, and requested you to send the incorrect itrems back. For this, we indeed normally offer up to €10,- to compensate for the shipping costs, which should be enough to cover the returning costs for most customers. We are very sorry to hear this was not the case for you. Sadly, I have not been able to find any further communication past our offer of €10,-, so we did not know about this issue.

I would also like to clarify we are a Dutch company shipping from the Netherlands. Therefore, when ordering outside the EU, it is indeed possible you are charged with additional customs fees. Sadly, we do not cover these fees.

Katastrophale Abzocke

Katastrophale Abzocke. Die haben die falschen Staubsaugerbeutel geschickt, habe reklamiert, die Beutel zurückgeschickt. ALs es darum ging, das Geld zu retouren, sind sie einfach auf Tauchstation gegangen. Ich kann nur davor warnen - besser 5 Franken mehr ausgeben...

Finger weg von dieser Firma!!!

Ich kann nur dringend von dieser Firma abraten – reine Abzocke! Ich habe Staubsaugerbeutel bestellt und leider die falschen erhalten. Die Reklamation wurde von ihnen nicht akzeptiert, was schon sehr frustrierend ist. Die Rückerstattung war ein echter Kampf; ich habe lediglich die Kosten für die Staubsaugerbeutel zurückbekommen, die Versandkosten wurden nicht gutgeschrieben.

Das Ganze wird noch ärgerlicher, da der Kundendienst auf Englisch antwortet, selbst wenn man in Deutsch schreibt – die Firma hat ihren Sitz im Ausland. Als ich schliesslich angedeutet habe, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, wurde mein Ticket einfach geschlossen. Sollte ich wieder Kontakt aufnehmen wollen, müsste ich ein neues Ticket eröffnen.

Mein Fazit: Finger weg von dieser Firma! Es geht hier eindeutig um Betrug.

Normally, once we hear an order was incorrect, we request additional information like a picture of the received product, so we can check what went wrong. However, we completely understand this process might have been frustrating, and are currently working on a way of streamlining this in the future.

We are glad to hear you received your refund! If you had to return an incorrectly delivered item, you can request a compensation for the returning costs in accordance with the European law. Upon receiving a picture of the receipt, we will compensate these shipping costs.

We indeed answer questions in English. We are a Dutch company located in the Netherlands, and therefore use English as our primary communication language. However, if you want us to, you can always ask us to translate our messages to whatever language you prefer!

Only one channel for customer service

I placed my order on 8th August 2024. The status of my order changed on 9th August 2024 to shipped. However I did not get a confirmation email. If you are ordering from this company, open a ticket when order is placed and ask them to provide you with tracking number when it is ready. I had to open a ticket to get my tracking number and any updates.

The company should offer different channels for customer service. Since tickets are the only way to contact them, it causes a huge volume to come in so you might be waiting a while for a response.

The product itself is perfect. It arrived in a timely manner in the end and the bags fit the old model of vacuum I currently have.

J’ai reçu un article qui ne correspond…

J’ai reçu un article qui ne correspond pas à ma commande et cela fait plus d’une semaine que j’essaye en vain de demander le retour du produit et le remboursement en vain. A croire qu’ils attendent que le délai de 30 jours soit expiré pour ne pas me rembourser. En plus impossible de les contacter par téléphone 2 jours pour répondre à un mail. En plus on me demande de communiquer des photos du produit reçu et celle de mon aspirateur cela est fatiguant !!!

Pengene er trukket men jeg modtog aldrig varen.
Har været i kontakt med DustDeal flere gange.
Nu gider jeg ikke spilde min tid mere. Jeg ønsker at få pengene refunderet.

The money has been withdrawn but I never received the item.

I just checked in on your order, as well as the corresponding ticket (qxu8qn9645). Sadly, I have not been able to find the other tickets you were referring to.

In this ticket, I see the last correspondence with our customer service team mentions a deadline of 22-07-2024. After this deadline, we can announce your parcel as officially lost, and offer you either a reshipment of the same item (free of charge), or a full refund.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any further correspondence after this deadline. Therefore, I would kindly like to ask you to please contact us again via your ticket. Then, we can either send another parcel to you, or issue a refund.

I hope we will be able to find a suitable solution for this matter!

No goods, no communication

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order, it seems to be the only way to get a response from customer service. My order (198176441) was placed well over a fortnight ago and I was told the item had shipped on 4 July. It is now 19 July and I have received nothing and had no replies to the ticket I raised nor any emails. The company website specifically encourages customers to send questions but then an automated email says that this inbox is not monitored. It’s a very poor experience, sadly. I would like to know where my order is and/or request a refund.

I notice you have indeed created a ticket. A member of our customer service has replied a few days ago. It seems your order has already been delivered on 11-07 according to Evri. We are very sorry to hear you have not received this package.

Inderdaad zeer slechte service

Inderdaad slechte service! Duurt ruim 1 maand voordat ze er achterkomen dat iets niet leverbaar is. En dan kan je in jouw voorwaarde aangeven dat verzendkosten niet vergoed worden maar ik betwijfel of dat juridisch klopt het bordje bij restaurants dat zij niet aansprakelijk zijn is namelijk ook niet waar! Overigens moet alles in het Engels, je doet dus schijnbaar zaken met een Engels bedrijf!

Wij zijn inderdaad een Nederlands bedrijf. Echter, omdat wij wereldwijd verzenden, is onze standaard communicatietaal Engels. Natuurlijk, als u dit verzoekt, zullen wij in het Nederlands met u converseren.

Het lijkt er inderdaad op dat er problemen waren met de levering van uw product. Normaliter kunt u producten bestellen die niet op voorraad zijn; deze worden dan verzonden zodra het weer op voorraad is. Echter, na verdere inspectie van uw bestelling, bleek dat de nieuwe voorraad pas over enkele maanden binnen zou komen. Daarom hebben wij besloten om uw order te laten annuleren en refunden. Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak.

Wij hebben het volledige bedrag (inclusief de verzendkosten die u betaalde bij uw bestelling) terugbetaald op 10-07-2024. Hopelijk biedt dit een goede oplossing!

Neem gerust contact met ons op als u nog verdere vragen hebt.

Dire

This is a disgraceful company. I placed an order on 14th June which has not arrived. I've contacted them to ask what's happening but get no information other than an automatic reply telling me they've 'raised a ticket' in response to my requests. Dire.
