Bad service

I'm still waiting for my product since 2nd of may. I've tried to email them but have had no response. When I track my product it says shipped but no tracking details and no follow up emails. AVOID

Pessimi, inqualificabili!questa è una truffa!
Fatto ordine il 23 aprile , dichiarati 5-7 gg lavorativi per la spedizione. Ricevo prima mail in cui mi viene detto che l’ordine sarà spedito a breve. Passati i primi 7 gg scrivo per avere notizie, mi viene risposto dopo 3 gg che sfortunamente il mio prodotto non era presente in magazzino e che sarà necessario aspettare. Al momento stesso della ricezione di questa mail scrivo chiedendo immediato annullamento dell’ordine e restituzione dell’importo. Non ricevo notizie per giorni, e riscrivo minacciando di denunciarli. Stamattina arriva mail in cui mi viene detto che non è possibile annullare l’ordine perché già partito!!!!
Questa si chiama TRUFFA!

Verkeerde levering stofzuigerzakken, tot 2 maal toe een ticket aangemaakt maar tot op heden nog geen antwoord ontvangen.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat je de verkeerde stofzuigerzakken hebt ontvangen.

Ik heb zojuist jouw ticket gecheckt. Volgens PostNL zou eerder vandaag de tweede set stofzuigerzakken geleverd moeten zijn. Hopelijk passen deze nieuwe stofzuigerzakken wel!

Mocht je nog steeds problemen ervaren met deze vervangende stofzuigerzakken, neem dan gerust nogmaals contact met ons op. Dan zullen wij proberen een passende oplossing voor je te vinden.

Nie wieder reine Abzocke!!!

War der Meinung, dass es sich um einen CH-Lieferanten (DustDeal.ch) handelt. Ware wurde geliefert, aber 22.75 CHF Zollgebühren. Sowas nenne ich Abzocke, bei der Bestellung wurde davon nichts erwähnt!
Nie wieder, grosse Sprüche auf der Webseite und sehr schnelle Belastung auf der Kreditkarte. Wo sind da die niedrigen Preise?

We are a Dutch company shipping from the Netherlands, as is also stated on our shipping page. Sadly, since Switzerland is not a part of the EU, this means customs fees can be imposed by your local authorities. There is unfortunately no way for us to circumvent these costs.

My order is 161204044

My order is 161204044. I only received their email when I made the purchase on 19 Apr 2024. It said they will deliver our items as soon as possible, no estimated date and no phone number I can contact. I sent them an email on 29 Apr 2024 and they did not reply at all. I want my items or money back.

I should review the comments before ordering next time.

Resolved the problem with twice lost package

My order number is 140025765. I have made my order on January 5th. After 20 days of receiving an email that my package has been shipped, I wrote them an email and was told to wait until February 9th. Unfortunately, it skipped my mind because it was ordered for a third person. It occured to me today that the package was never delivered, so I went through the emails to find a tracking number to check where the package got stuck, but realized I never received a tracking #. I wrote them an email, asking to know the location of the package, because they kept my money and I have the right to know. If they resolve the issue, I will update the review, but if I don't, know that it means it's at least a half-scam. Looking through the reviews, it seems like there's a chance you will receive your items, but too big of a chance that you won't. Their web page only displays the 4 and 5 star reviews, at least I haven't been able to find an option to filter them.
**************** UPDATE **************
Over the course of a month, I have exchanged a few emails with very polite Noa from customer support. First I agreed with them re-shipping the items, but contacted them again after about two weeks because the second package didn't arrive either, so they offered me a full refund which I accepted. After a few days, I received the refund and the package arrived as well. Keeping the refund for all the time I spent on emails 😄

Ik heb een stofzuigermond besteld

Ik heb een stofzuigermond besteld, was niet de juiste en dan start de ellende. En gezien de reviews had ik nooit moeten bestellen bij dit bedrijf. Je moet toestemming vragen om te retourneren en je krijgt geen antwoord.
Ik krijg al 2 weken geen antwoord. Bestel NOOIT bij dit bedrijf, want ze proberen je van alle kanten te naaien. Ze houden zich misschien in hun voorwaarden aan de wet, maar die 30 dagen dat je iets mag terugsturen maken ze je het je moeilijk.Toestemming vragen, geen antwoord geven, verkeerd antwoord geven en zorgen dat de 30 dagen voorbij zijn. Ik ga er geen moeite meer voor doen en bestel gewoon bij een ander. Een zeer slecht bedrijf dit met service die er niet is. En de antwoorden die ze hier geven aan slechte reviews? Echt niet waar, ze hebben vaak deze klachten want die van mij zijn hetzelfde als beschreven bij andere reviews.
Inmiddels heb ik via een ticket een adres gekregen waar ik iets retour kan sturen. We zullen zien hoe dit gaat. Maar de argumenten die Dustdeal noemt zijn niet iets nieuws maar het is hoe zij werken. Voor mij is het belangrijk dat de klantenservice goed bereikbaar is, vriendelijk, in mijn eigen taal en dat ze kijken hoe ze jou kunnen helpen. Ik koop hier niet meer en hoop dat ik uiteindelijk een groot deel van mijn geld terug krijg, het heeft me 15 euro aan verzendkosten gekost. Dat is heel jammer.

Wat vervelend om te horen dat jouw stofzuigermond niet de juiste is. Natuurlijk helpen wij je vraag bij het retourneren van het verkeerde product!

Helaas is het email adres waar je naar hebt gemaild niet meer in gebruik, waardoor deze emails helaas niet gelezen worden. Onze excuses voor het ongemak. Sinds kort maken wij gebruik van een ticketsysteem, waardoor wij vragen sneller en zorgvuldiger kunnen beantwoorden.

Ik zie dat je een ticket aan hebt gemaakt op dit systeem, waarop een collega van ons customer service team antwoord heeft gegeven. Zij hebben de instructies voor het retourneren van je product doorgestuurd.

Helaas heeft onze RMA afdeling je product nog niet ontvangen. Indien je het de stofzuigermond al retour hebt gestuurd, zou je het bonnetje van het postkantoor en/of het trackingnummer van je retourzending willen sturen via jouw ticket? Dan zullen wij zo snel mogelijk je terugbetaling doorzetten.

Nogmaals onze excuses voor het ongemak. Neem gerust contact met ons op als je nog verdere vragen hebt.

Sadly not a good experience so far due to complete lack of communication regarding my order I made 10 days ago. I have emailed the company twice but no response. Have had to order the dust bags elsewhere in the meantime. Very disappointed!
