Min vare dukket aldrig op

Havde bestil en vare den 14-5-2024 den var ikke dukkede op 1-6-2024 og derefter skrev jeg til dem for af høre hvor langt den er og der kom undskyldninger men de låget af den vil komme den 19-6 senest men jeg modtog ingen ting og efter har de ik vil svare på mine beskeder

Diefstal met voorbedachte rade

Extreem slechte service. Ze sturen een compleet verkeerde doos met stofzuigerzakken waarvoor je de verzendkosten dan al kwijt bent en nemen daarna geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid om het op te lossen. Ze verlangen van je dat je opnieuw internationale verzendkosten maakt om het verkeerde produkt aan ze terug te sturen zodat ze kunnen controleren of de verpakking in orde is. Je bestelt een Ferrari, ze leveren een volkswagen en of je die dan maar even op jouw kosten terug wilt sturen. Uiteindelijk is het goedkoper om je verlies te nemen na deze diefstal.

My order no 138588905

EDIT (19 June): I have now cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Despite being told it would be shipped on 14 June, then 17 June, I’ve now been advised it hasn’t and should “likely” ship in the next few days. I’ve now given up and wouldn’t go near this company ever again.

It’s impossible to get anyone to respond to a query. I placed an order on 19 May and other than the order confirmation have heard nothing. I’ve tried emailing and raised a ticket, but still no response.
Please can someone give me an update and let me know when I’m likely to receive my items.

I wonder if I will ever get my items.

Just as the others told me before. I have ordered some products 3 weeks ago. The site wasn't mentioned that the products was out of stock or anything like that. 3 Weeks passed, I heard nothing from them. I opened a support ticket 3 days ago, I got no answers. No communication about the items out of order. No refunds.
Thinking about leaving a complaint on ANPC.

Sadly, it seems your order has been delayed in transit. Your order has been shipped on 17-05. Our average delivery time is 1-2 weeks, so normally your order should have been delivered by now. Therefore, it is likely the courier service sadly had some hitch somewhere along the way, but hopefully, your order will still be delivered without any further issues.

If your order does not arrive before the deadline we communicated via your ticket, please let us know. Then, we can either send another parcel to you, or refund your full purchase amount.

My order is 954328281

My order is 954328281. I only received their email when I made the purchase on 27/05/ 2024. It said they will deliver my items as soon as possible, no estimated date and no phone number I can contact. I opened two tickets(the only one way to try to contact them) to request a delivery date but they ignore me completely.
I can't blame anybody as is my own fault for not reading the reviews before give them the money.

Man bestellt die richtige Wahre. Danach bekommt mann wirkürlich zusammengestelte kleinteile. Bei reklamation werden grfälschte Bestellungen angezeigt!

Ordered an item as a gift

Ordered an item as a gift! Order 527287448! Had zero communication when I have emailed chasing it and sadly I feel it wont turn up in time or at all! Would be helpful to get some communication as the £50 left my bank!

Die website dustdeal.ch suggeriert Versand aus der Schweiz. Das ist irreführend. Lieferzeit ist sehr lang. Zollgebühren.
Auf email wird nicht geantwortet. Man kann nur ein Ticket lösen.

I’d reconsider ordering from them

I should have researched a bit more before ordering. I have ordered a BQQ Daddy grill set the 17/4 and the money was taken immediately from my account. However I have never received a tracking number or any other confirmation that my order has been sent when it will arrrive, not even a form of information of which delivery company will deliver it. On the website there stands 2-7 weekday of delivery, when I contacted them they wrote back it can take up to 2-3 weeks of delivery. When I asked to a trcaking number they didn’t write back. I have contacted them many many times for any kind of informatiom about where my package is located but nothing. They wrote back that I should be paintent until the 23rd of May, but my patience have expired the week after ordering. My package did arrive today… however it came from Slovakia, with priority stamps.. The whole business is very confusing, you have a danish website, with a dutch warehouse location but send the package from slovakia?! I will avoid ordering from them again as this whole process was ridiculous.

Your order was indeed sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We are a relatively small company, so to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers, sometimes parcels have a stopover at another country. In your case, your order was first sent to Slovakia.

We use priority shipping on all our parcels, to ensure they arrive as swiftly as possible. Sadly, due to the unpredictable nature of international shipment, some parcels get delayed beyond the expected shipping time cited on our site. Our sincere apologies for this.

They have my money and refuse to send me the part

I ordered a part. It was the wrong size. I posted it back to them which cost £10 for a £20 part!. I ordered the correct part and paid them more money. They have not sent me the new part. So they have my money and their part back and it cost me £10 in postage. You can't phone them and can only send emails from their website. They now ignore my messages. Dreadful company. Total Rip Off. AVOID

Sadly, our RMA department has not yet received the return shipment. Sometimes, this can take a little while. However, if you could provide our helpdesk team with some proof of shipment (like a receipt from the postal office or a tracking link) this will allow them to ship the new part to you as swiftly as possible.
