Ordered some vacuum filters, never arrived and they took the money from my account.
Tried to contact customer support several times but never got a response back.
Their website should be taken down!!

Filters never received, but the money has been taken form my account.

Dustdeal.com claims they shipped the filters 2x, but we never received anything. Now they say the limit for complaining has been exceeded..... So they have denied my claim.
They took my money 3 months ago, and they cannot even send me a receipt from the shipping company confirming me that the filters were delivered to us.
I will never buy anything from this site anymore!

We are very sorry to hear you never received your ordered products. We completely understand how frustrating it has to be to not receive your ordered goods.
We indeed shipped the filters to you twice: once in July, and once more in October. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, we sadly cannot handle complaints regarding non-delivery for shipments older than 3 months. We are usually quite lenient around this measure, but after 5 months we can unfortunately no longer check the whereabouts of your latest shipment.
However, since your order has already been lost by the postal service once, we might be able to make an exception. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
We hope we will be able to find a suitable solution for you.

I have placed an order. no confirmation of what exactly I paid for. there is no information when the goods will be delivered or at what stage the implementation is. there is no contact with the company except the helpdesk, which does not work.

Product off the market
The company has exactly what I need in terms of products for a reasonable price and delivery is made quiet fast. Their website is also very simple to use which makes it easy to order the exact product. Their variety is enormous specially for product that we can no longer find on the market.

Until I had an issue I thought they were good
I was sent the wrong item. No sign of what I ordered. What they sent me is not compatible with my vacuum cleaner. I have contacted customer service by email (yes very inefficient and not customer friendly - they say it's to keep prices low). Customer service.have not replied. Not even an acknowledgement of my email. It looks like the credit card chargeback will need to be used to get my moneyback.
I used to be a fan of Dustdeal.ie (IMO it's very sneaky how they have different country specific websites). But now I am not. The people who will think they are great won't have had an issue. They'll have received what they ordered, instead of something they did not order.
I'm off now to my local shop, which I should have done in the first place.
Delivery times with Dustdeal are also very slow (based on this experience and previous orders).

I ordered and paid for vacuum hose and brush on 27.1.24 . The items did not arrive, I sent an email and was told to wait until 5.3 24 for delivery which I did but still no delivery. I have sent several emails since asking for immediate delivery or refund my money. No reply of any kind. I am left with no parts and no refund to purchase elsewhere . Does this company really exist. I can ill afford to lose this money ,
UPDATE
Since this I have had contact with the company and my order has been delivered and all parts suitable.
If communication was improved with the company I would have no hesitation in using this company again

Amazing quality to price ratio
The cleaning supplies provided are not readily available in my country so I was very happy I could order some from here at reasonable prices. The prices seem fair for the delivery and the products. I bought the whole sponge daddy line plus the pink stuff. The delivery came on time as they told me when I placed my order (~2 weeks). The package was a bit roughed up when it arrived, the cardboard box is kinda flimsy, but nothing inside got damaged. I've already recommend this site to my mother and a friend. They both placed an order and are very satisfied with this site

Commande passée la semaine dernière. Paiement retiré de mon compte, aucun suivi de commande possible, pas d'accusé réception, pas de numéro de commande. Je tente de me connecter sur mon compte, mon mot de passe ne fonctionne plus, je fais demander un nouveau mot de passe : celui ci doit m'arriver sur ma boîte mail mais n'arrive jamais. Arnaque ???? Si les responsables voulaient bien se donner la peine de me contacter.....où de me rassurer en m'envoyant un mail EN FRANÇAIS !!!
