Dvik Jewels レビュー

Once again, I am so happy with the double heart bracelet I purchased. It is exactly as represented and worth the purchase.

My experience with Dvik Jewels was absolutely wonderful from the start! They are so well communicative throughout the whole process. When I received my order, it was everything I expected and more. Beautiful jewelry!

Great communication throughout the process. Very attentive to detail and great craftsmanship. My custom order was delivered and my expectations were highly met. I will be purchasing more custom pieces in the future!

Dvik’s service is truly remarkable. They keep you informed step by step with a video of their work every week. And its exquisite! My earrings are beautiful! I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you for such gorgeous pieces!!

They take their time to craft the earrings I ordered and sent regular updates to maintain engagement. I’ve received it after a few weeks, which was fine, given that I wasn’t in any rush to receive them. They arrived via FedEx with signature required and after carefully inspecting, my earrings were as I expected them in quality. Now wearing them daily. Can see myself ordering from them in the future.

Not only are their prices reasonable, but the customer service is phenomenal! I was informed every step of the way. From CAD drawings of the jewelry and video of the LC diamonds, to casting, setting, polishing, shipping- I truly feel valued as a customer. My earrings are absolutely STUNNING. Received individual certificates for each LC diamond and Dvik has set the bar very high for every other jeweler. They have gained a loyal customer.

High quality, regular updates throughout process.

I was made aware of the entire process, any email I sent was promptly answered and the quality of the final product was beautiful! I love my bracelet!!

I ordered a personalized necklace from DVIK Jewels as a gift for my girlfriend, and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. The necklace is beautiful, and the quality looks and feels great. I especially love the personalized engraving on the back with our initials and anniversary date — it makes the necklace feel truly unique and special.

Everything turned out exactly as I hoped, and I’m really excited to give it to her. I would definitely recommend DVIK Jewels to anyone looking for a beautiful and meaningful personalized gift.
