They take their time to craft the earrings I ordered and sent regular updates to maintain engagement. I’ve received it after a few weeks, which was fine, given that I wasn’t in any rush to receive the... もっと見る

Their ETA is a lie! Do not buy!
If I could give 0 stars I would.
BEWARE - you should add at least 1.5 months to their estimated delivery date.
It has been 2 months since ordering a pair of earrings and they have still not replied.
So many random emails about the item progressing to next stages in their process but zero accountability for the insanely delayed delivery time.
Do not buy.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We genuinely apologize if this delay has caused you any inconvenience. We do state in our policy that the delivery will be made within 30 days of placing the order, and this shouldn't be an exception.
Your order was placed on 10th February and it was to be delivered within the first week of March. Due to the current Middle East tensions, your package was put on hold by the USPS team, which led to further delays.
As a result, we did offered a reimbursement back to you for your order and did everything we could to make things right. However, your package was delivered on 24th March, and we're trying to confirm if you've received it, but unfortunately, haven't recieved a response yet.

Excellent!
My experience with Dvikjewels was excellent! I am so in love with my new marquis solitaire and think it is so beautiful. The communication with the company was excellent, with frequent updates on the progress of the ring making/setting, etc. There were even pictures and videos. The ring was made and shipped in a timely fashion and I was able to receive it prior to Christmas. Highly recommended!

Very affordable prices. I got updates for every step of the process, as well as videos of the diamond before setting and the completed ring before shipping. Also they ship with a direct signature requirement so there is security in transit. Great customer service and quick responses for any questions I had.
