Dvik Jewels レビュー

"Exceptional quality and service! I ordered a pair of 1-carat lab-created diamonds from dvikjewels.com for my daughter's birthday earrings. The stones are stunning, beautifully clear, and catch the light effortlessly. The entire purchasing experience was seamless, and the quality for the price is unbeatable. She loved her gift, and I highly recommend Dvik Jewels to anyone looking for stunning lab-grown diamonds!"

Ring is too big for my pinky. Bought as a pinky ring. It’s pretty though. Came in a timely manner.

This necklace is absolutely gorgeous!!! Excellent craftsmanship and communication through the whole creation process. I will definitely be a long term customer of Dvik Jewels. I love my new necklace!

I was searching for the perfect diamond stud for a long time when I came across Dvik Jewels from New York. I decided to order, and I am so glad I did. The craftsmanship and quality are even more amazing in person. The entire process from start to finish was super smooth and the team kept me updated throughout. I am so happy with my new stud and highly recommend Dvik Jewels if you're looking for top-tier quality.

As promised, they provided me with updates throughout the process. The earrings are the perfect size and are absolutely beautiful.

I bought a .7ct diamond nosepin from Dvik Jewels. They were easy to work with. Once I shared my vision, they were quick to send me a CAD and I was able to do modification on the CAD. Really liked that they were very responsive. They also sent me a video of the nosepin before shipping it. Shipping was fast. I am really pleased with my purchase. The nosepin is sturdy and the diamond sparkles like anything. I’d definitely return for more bespoke pieces like this.

10/10 would recommend Dvik Jewels.

It was so easy to purchase through Dvik. The price that I saw, is what I paid. I have never bought jewelry online before so I was suspicious, but it was super easy and honest.

Beautiful! Love it!

I love my new ring. It’s beautiful and the entire process was very easy.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was fast and professional, and the ring is absolutely beautiful with outstanding craftsmanship. It looks even better than the photos, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dvik Jewels and would happily buy from them again.

Bought my wife a birthday gift. Paid around $1650 for a necklace. It has been over 20 days since they processed and posted payment on my credit card, and while they can send me repeated videos of 'my necklace' they will not provide me a tracking number.

This after sending me 12 different emails, one of which was a request to confirm my date of birth....?

Avoid these people. Something is up. Dvik is either a credit card shell game, a fake/false product scam or an identity theft information ring.

Which normal 'jeweller' has time to email customers 12 different ways to Sunday, send you multiple pictures and videos of 'your necklace'......but after 20 days since purchase, still cannot put the necklace in a box and call UPS?

Great communication.

the customer service, its seriously unmatched. they are sooo kind and you can truly tell they care about their customers.

i am sooo happy with every aspect of this purchase.

thank you again!!!!

Their communication throughout the manufacturing process was wonderful! The earrings are beautiful and lovely ok just like the picture on their website! I would recommend them without reservation!

Excellent communication, I knew exactly what was happening when. My ring arrived and it is beautiful, exactly how it looks on the website and fits perfectly. Would highly recommend

Excellent product. Very responsive, incredible quality and transparent through every step of the process. Would absolutely recommend! Very good pricing for a high end product. Great costumer service too.

Absolutely outstanding quality and service!

The diamond ring Parth and his team created was absolutely exquisite. The craftsmanship was exceptional, and the customer service was second to none. Parth kept me informed throughout every step of the process, and at my request, he even recommended a different diamond that would make the design stand out even more. He was absolutely right—it made all the difference.

We were under a tight deadline because my son decided to propose before he and his fiancée moved. Not only did Parth and his team complete the ring on time, they finished it nearly two weeks ahead of schedule!

Outstanding work, guys! You've earned a customer for life, and now that I've seen what you're capable of, you'll definitely be getting more of my business.

Beautiful ring, excellent communication throughout the process.
