Dvik Jewels レビュー

Amazing! Love my pieces so much. Highly recommend working with Dvik for all your jewelry needs. Customer service is fantastic and quality of work is top notch. Can’t wait to order more from them!

Great customer service

Absolutely Outstanding Service and Quality!

I was hesitant to buy jewelry online, but Dvik Jewelers exceeded every expectation. They are, by far, the most professional and courteous jewelers I've dealt with—whether online or in a traditional brick-and-mortar store.

Parth and his team went out of their way to design a custom, high-end engagement ring for us, and they completed it two weeks ahead of schedule. At no point did they try to upsell us. They offered recommendations only when we asked for them, which we greatly appreciated.

Their communication throughout the entire process was superb. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service were truly exceptional.

It simply doesn't get any better than this.

Beautiful ring. I love it

They kept in touch through the whole process. It was delivered when they said it would. The product is beautiful.

Seller kept me informed with every step of the process with pictures and video. The bracelet arrived quickly when shipped. The bracelet is absolutely stunning-beautiful sparkly stones, excellent workmanship, and one to treasure for many years to come,

Stunning earrings and excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

Communication was prompt and helpful. There was regular updates on my purchase as it was being made.

Amazing. Customer service is outstanding. The quality of their diamonds is amazing 100% trustworthy they reach out and even update you throughout the whole process of every piece. They provide certifications and confirm that you are content with every step of the process.

Fabulous customer service experience. Stunning product, amazing quality. They go extra mile to satisfy their customers. Will definitely order more and spread the word to my family and friends. Thank you!

A most impressive experience with this company!
They sent me weekly updates, pictures of my ring, and shipping information!
My ring is beautiful!
Thank you Dvik!!

“Loved working with Dvick Jewels. They were so fast, responsive, and genuinely lovely to communicate with throughout the process. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which I really appreciated. As someone who also works in the jewelry industry, I’m pretty selective about sourcing — especially for personal projects — and I fully trusted them with sourcing lab gems for me. Such a smooth experience overall and I’d happily recommend them.”

They were amazing from start to finish! Great communication as they made the stones and ring. It’s even more beautiful in person! She absolutely loves it.

A truly beautiful and elegant ring. To be cherished forever. Great quality and craftsmanship. Frequent updates and care throughout the entire creation and manufacturing process!

I bought my ring as a second for my original engagement ring. Although I thought my Dvik ring is beautiful, I was astounded when I put it by side with my identical original $29,000 ring. The only difference is the center stone in my original ring is larger ( hence the $29,0000 price tag). Both stones are VV2 Can YOU tell the difference?😉

Parth was in contact with me from the time I placed my order. I received updates on my earrings continuously, explaining what was happening. I never had to wonder where my order was. Best customer service I’ve ever received. I absolutely love my earrings. I highly recommend.

I ordered two pairs of earrings and a bracelet. They are made to order so it does take some time to get the items so take that into account when ordering. The wait is worth it. I am pleased with both the communication and quality of the items. I would order again in the future. Very happy with my purchase.

The bracelet is perfect and a real master piece. The best part is the customer service: frequent update, always ready to answer and to find a solution. Recommended 100%!

Great customer service and the quality of my pieces have all been stunning. I had several pieces purchased and a custom ring made and the communication for each item was very thorough and easy to convey changes and adjustments. Will use them again in future!

The best ever shopping experience! They make sure to update you throughout the process and stay on top of everything. Extremely satisfied with the jewelry I get from these guys amazing quality and great prices! Thank you guys
