The card works well with Esso in UK. Better rate than costco.
3 Areas to improve.
1) The website is slow. Responsives is left wanting.
2) No Android app.
3) More fuel stations support.

I am glad to receive a reward from the trust. The process is quite easy if you know how. I had a technical issue for releasing the reward and I have to seek help from the team to give me the steps in how to do it.

Duplicated transaction
a technical issue meant that my requested voucher was duplicated so I emailed the support team to inform them, the team resolved very quickly and even let me keep the duplicated voucher as a gesture of goodwill!
