Working at Eaton Home Care has been a good experience so far. The management and admin are lovely, approachable, understanding, always helpful, pleasant and are compassionate people. Any interaction with them leaves me feeling uplifted. As one of their Senior Carers, I appreciate their constant training and staff supervision meetings where we can chat about the work journey. The Carers, who make great team mates are pleasant, ever ready to help and impart their knowledge and skills. Coming to work is something I look forward to and appreciate this opportunity at Eaton Home Care.

For nearly a year, this wonderful care team has been caring for my parents, who both face the challenges of vascular dementia. The family felt immense relief after our initial conversation with Eaton and his team. From day one, my mother has managed to reassure my father that the caregivers are just family friends stopping by. They have a live-in caregiver and nighttime support, assisting with hygiene, meals, and other personal needs. Despite my parents' sometimes challenging nature, the caregivers remain exceptionally patient and friendly, truly invaluable. Many thanks to all the caregivers for their outstanding work and to the office staff for their constant support.

This lovely care team have been looking after my parents for almost a year. Both of whom have been struggling with vascular dementia.

A weight was lifted from the family when we spoke to Eaton and the team. From the beginning my mum has been convincing my father that the carers are family friends popping in.

My parents have a live in carer and night support who help with hygiene, meals and personal care.

Both my parents can be difficult but the carers are really patient and friendly. They are worth their weight in gold.
