Je me suis fier au bon avis et un peu moins au mauvais, j’aurais du
Nous avions réserver notre voiture par doyouitaly avec une assurance au total 270€ pour 5 jours
Arrivé sur place nous avons eu le droit à des frais supplémentaires et des assurances obligatoires sans aucuns choix possible , au total prés de 800€ pour 5 jours, pour un T-Cross
Du grand n’importe quoi, à ça on nous as rajouter 175€ de frais car j’ai conduit la voiture en arrivant à l’agence alors que c’était le permis de ma femme
Le contrôle du départ de véhicules fait en 2 minutes top chrono avec photo pris sur une tablette, et a l’arrivé plus de 20 minutes de contrôle et bizarrement le contrôleur nous demande si nous avions pris des photos, car d’après lui ce n’est pas possible qu’un de ses collègues est pris dans photos avec une tablettes en plus, c’était à nous de faire les photos
Nous avons fait trop confiance et tout les prétexte et petite ligne que vous ne voyait pas serviront pour vous prélever de l’argent
Constat au total 960€ pour 5 jours de locations pour un t-cross Honteux
Il nous ont tuer nos vacances et fais flamber le budget vacances

Great experience at Pisa airport

Esperienza pessima. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Contesto fermamente i danni che mi vengono attribuiti e trovo inaccettabile che mi venga trattenuta la cauzione per presunti graffi nella parte inferiore del paraurti, mai segnalati né mostrati alla consegna e la cui origine non è stata dimostrata in alcun modo.
Altrettanto inaccettabile è stato il comportamento del personale: scortese, arrogante e privo della minima professionalità. In tanti anni di autonoleggio in diversi Paesi non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza simile.
Il modo in cui questa società gestisce i presunti danni e tratta i propri clienti lascia seri dubbi sulla correttezza delle sue pratiche.
Non noleggerò mai più un’auto da questa società e la sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene con ech ,personale molto gentile e disponibile, auto confortevole e ben tenuta.

The rental process went super fast, the car was almost new and the guys there where wery kind.

Der Reifendrucksensor funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten war alles gut.
Bei der Anreise fehlten alle Informationen, um das Auto abzuholen. Nachdem wir die Telefonnummer auf dem Voucher anriefen, sagte man uns, dass ein Fahrer kommen würde, aber wo genau nicht.

Great service helped us out so much when another hire company let us down. The car really added to a great holiday!

On the plus side we did receive the car we booked and it was in good condition.
On the negative side the car hire office is a 10 minute walk outside the airport which is no fun with luggage although most of the car hire companies were in the same boat.

We arrived early and were told the car was not ready yet but would be at the originally requested time. In the end it was 30 minutes late.

I took a video the outside of the car as well as the interior as suggested by the website and my wife was asked to sign a contract that had 3 pages of small print which we did not have time to read properly due the late handover putting pressure on getting to our Airbnb in time for handover.

On returning the car it was examined again.
The car needed washing due to dust for which we were billed (Fair enough) but my wife explained that we had parked in a field designated as a car park for the Teatro Del Silenzio and were fined for driving on an unpaved road! I would argue that we only parked.
Then a small scratch was found on the underside of the front spoiler we had no way of knowing if it was there before because the video I took did not look underneath (It was not suggested this was needed by their website)
This cost another 202 euros which the rental guy said we could claim back.

So now we are going through a claim and the insurer says they don't cover the underside of cars, hopefully the spoiler is not considered the underside....

All in all the customer service was poor which led to time pressures and the small print definitions seems overly pedantic on top of which I can't help but feel suspicious about the discovery of the under spoiler scratch when we had had no hint of any bump or accident whilst driving.

Love Italy, won't be using ECH again

La macchina non era il massimo aveva un problema al cambio ed era in riserva di adiblu in compenso il sig. Stefano dell'agenzia di catania è stato molto professionale e disponibile risolvendo il problema del rimborso della cauzione portato alle lunghe dalla sede centrale

Extremely competitive hire price. However… they don’t tell you that you need a physical credit card ( not one in your phone wallet). Then whack you with 140 euro insurance on your debit card.
Then charge you an extra 60 euros for being 3 minute late late picking the car up. Despite being held up for 90 mins by security entering Italy, then there being no signposts to the car rental terminal which is 10 mins walk away.
Then fail to mention the huge debt in the front wheel arch on the vehicle handover document which caused another 30 minute delay gap in back to the desk to report.
Rude desk staff, abysmal customer service. Stick to the bigger companies. You might seem like you are paying a little bit more, but will probably get polite customer service and no outrageous hidden costs.

2000€ deductible, they charge my credit card without letting me me know, in 5000€‼️‼️‼️ they cancel the CDW BASIC INSURANCE with fake reason and bye lies by clauses in the contract section 5, that they remove all responsibility for any negligence, and then they simply charge the credit in thousands of euros for every little damage without to let the costumer know‼️🚨‼️🚨 and scams trying to charge me more for 14,000€‼️‼️‼️‼️
WATCH OUT, YOU HAVE BEEN WORNED‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨
They didn’t sent me any receipt, no invoice, absolutely no vehicle repair report, just charge my credit card and no any response from them‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️
And this is in additional to that they took a deposit from me when I picked up the car!!! The owner has no mercy and no morals or integrity. It's a shame that you choose to make a living by stealing money from innocent peoples who are just coming to enjoy a vacation, and you are responsible for the a big destruction and all of that is insane, immoral, inappropriate, unjustified, despicable and definitely not smart. Pisa Airport - Hired me a beaten up car, covered in dents and scratches and yet “found” a new scratch on the underside of the rear bumper, visibly only if you got on your hands and knees and crawled underneath. €400 damage apparently. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Il personale del front office è stato cortese e competente. Sicuramente ritorneremo a utilizzare il servizio offerto da quest'azienda
