2000€ deductible, they charge my credit card without letting me me know, in 5000€‼️‼️‼️ they cancel the CDW BASIC INSURANCE with fake reason and bye lies by clauses in the contract section 5, that they remove all responsibility for any negligence, and then they simply charge the credit in thousands of euros for every little damage without to let the costumer know‼️🚨‼️🚨 and scams trying to charge me more for 14,000€‼️‼️‼️‼️

They didn’t sent me any receipt, no invoice, absolutely no vehicle repair report, just charge my credit card and no any response from them‼️‼️‼️‼️🚨🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️‼️
And this is in additional to that they took a deposit from me when I picked up the car!!! The owner has no mercy and no morals or integrity. It's a shame that you choose to make a living by stealing money from innocent peoples who are just coming to enjoy a vacation, and you are responsible for the a big destruction and all of that is insane, immoral, inappropriate, unjustified, despicable and definitely not smart. Pisa Airport - Hired me a beaten up car, covered in dents and scratches and yet “found” a new scratch on the underside of the rear bumper, visibly only if you got on your hands and knees and crawled underneath. €400 damage apparently. Absolute scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Auto gehuurd op Pisa airport, super goede en vriendelijke service! Kijk goed naar verzekeringen, als je niet zelf een hebt afgesloten kan dat bij hun. Anders hoeft het niet. Zeker aan te raden!!!

Korzystałem ze stacji w Bolonii. Profesjonalne podejście personelu. Zwrot auta bez przeszkód. Serdecznie polecam.

Machina nuova personale ottimo. Prezzi economici, davvero unottima esperienza.

Firma oszukuje. Namawia na ubezpieczenie które jest znacząco wyższe niż w innych wypożyczalnia 600 euro vs. 80 euro przez firmę DoYouSpain. Po oddaniu samochodu z kilkoma zarysowaniami stwierdzili ze to co wykupiłam to tylko nazywa sie ubezpieczenie ale de facto nim nie jest. Dzięki temu ze weźmiesz tzw SCDW insurance (Super Collision Damage Waiver) pozwala to jedynie obniżyć wysokość kaucji jaką pobierają z 2500 euro do 500 euro. Jednak ta kwota nie pokrywa żadnych zadrapań. Jest to oszustwo. Umowa z warunkami ubezpieczenia została przesłana w momencie podpisywania odbioru samochodu w wypożyczalni. Została przesłana na maila. Ponieważ samochod byl odbierany w nocy pani w wypożyczalni powiedziała ze ona nie ma czasu czekać aż ja zapoznam sie z wielostronicowym regulaminem. Zresztą nawet gdybym go przeczytała nie zorientowałam sie ze cos co sie nazywa insurance wcale nim nie jest. Dodatkowo pobrali kwotę za mycie samochodu, czego również nie było w umowie. Bardzo nie polecam tej firmy, sa zwykłymi oszustami

You get what you pay for. We had a positive experience with ECH however we also expected that for the lower prices they offer there is less convenience. The office and car pick up / drop off is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport with a shuttle (which you have to walk to and wait for). It all works but it takes time to get the car and it also takes time on the drop off. This is fine if you already include this in your planning so as not to stress. Otherwise the people we dealt with were all very friendly. They do an extremely thorough check of the car for scratches on pick up and drop off. Also fine but good to take the time to ensure all scratches are marked on pick up and be ready to spend time on inspection for drop off. We liked our car and otherwise it all went well - and the price was unbeatable…

Nette rental service, goede auto, kundige afhandeling. Vriendelijk peroneel. Zeer tevreden en aan te raden. Goed geprijsd ook.
Tip; neem de verzekering af bij de verhuurder zelf ipv tussenpartij.

Ho avuto la necessità di noleggiare la macchina all'ultimo minuto e gli operatori (Ahmed in primis) sono stati super disponibili fin da subito. Affidabilità , trasparenza e supporto costante sono i punti di forza di questa agenzia.
La mia auto, noleggiata per una vacanza in montagna,non ha avuto alcun tipo di problema. Sono pienamente soddisfatto.
