I ordered a strimmer via Amazon and it arrived on a Friday. On opening the packaging I found the fastening screw was missing. As it was after working hours I contacted Amazon and all they offered was a partial refund there was no attempt to offer to send a screw ordered to get one. However after contacting Einhell helpline, they acknowledged receipt of my e-mail (on a Saturday)and onto the Monday we're posting out a fastener screw to me. What excellent after sales service, thank you very much.

Without a doubt, the best service I've had from any company for many a year.
Emily was very efficient and helpful, after a brief discussion about the fault symptoms with my robot mower, suggested that the transformer was more than likely the fault and arranged for a replacement, under warranty. It arrived the next morning, after replacing the old one my mower is now running perfectly.
Such a pleasure to be able to promptly speak to a helpful adviser to resolve the issues in this day and age, where other companies go out of their way to reduce costs, service and make it difficult to even make contact.
A masterclass in customer service
I bought a re-packaged pneumatic hammer drill which has already proven brilliant. However on arrival there were two small issues. One of the red plastic latches for the case had broken, and the tip of the pointed chisel attachment was broken....clearly someone had used it, broken it and returned the whole thing. I contacted Einhell, had a reply in a few hours and replacement parts delivered in less than 2 days.
Outstanding service and I will be seeking out Einhell products in future.

Got a cordless lawn mower from Einhell UK and had an issue with the 4.0Ah battery supplied (which was not lasting more than 15 minutes)... I suspected the battery, but had to buy a second battery to check it wasn't the mower running it down extra quick. Sure enough, the new battery lasted much longer. After a bit of initial confusion --in which Einhell wanted to replace the whole mower and battery-- we finally established we just wanted the battery changed.
After arranging for its collection within just a few days, they collected the faulty battery and supplied a replacement the following day (2 in fact, which was a kind gesture). Communication and service throughout (from Candice) was excellent, and I'm very grateful for her help in resolving the issue speedily.
