Derry has been very professional and patient with me. He sought to understand my circumstances and guided me through the various options. In fact my sister and aunt have requested me to link them up to him so they can also invest in property, simply because of my experience I shared with them.

We embarked on a real estate investment journey to the UK & contaced Elavace. It was our 1st time, had lots of fear of unknown, skepticism related to investing in new territory, needed lots of info to make solid decisions. Nick Cook from Elavace took us through the paces, scheduled calls, sometimes beyond his working hours due to a 10 hour time difference with our location, he was very patient, honest, professional & provided sound guidance. Bobbie provided an excellent client service that was over and beyond my expectations- he made time to respond to all my questions/concerns in a very timely and detailed manner, managing my expectations and guiding me through to entire process, from my initial phone call of enquiry about the property to exchanging contracts; and he has a lovely personality too.

I wanted to buy a property, but l was frustrated at not being able to find what l wanted. I spoke with Reece, he explained how to invest in properties for buy to let.
He was amazing, extremely helpful, negotiated and achieved a great deal for us. We also went to the Liverpool office and we were able to meet the After Sales team, who were also extremely helpful.
So far so good. We would definitely recommend them and hopefully it's the begining of along and successful partnership.

I got in touch with Elavace, and was reached out by Keith, one of the property portfolio managers. He talked through my budget/purpose and what options would work best for me specifically. He worked with me consistently and was always available to answer each of my questions and concerns. Not only Keith, but when i called the company itself, they were always pleasant and respectful to me. Overall a 10/10 experience and they definitely keep to their word.

I was an investor in the Lyceum project in Manchester that failed when developer Goodwin Construction went into bankruptcy. Retail investors normally stand to lose all of their deposits in these situations when off-plan goes wrong. Instead IPG, through the leadership of Mitchell Walsh, organised investors to buyback the scheme from the liquidator. Unfortunately, the apartments had to be resold to make the numbers add up, but everybody was promised their deposits back, even those who did not contribute. That is integrity of the highest order. There are plenty of unscrupulous operators in the property game, but Mitchell I trust 100%.

Amazing from start to finish. I was originally introduced to the Mitchell Walsh of Elavace after I had invested with another developer who's scheme had been stalled for many years and I stood to loose all of my funds. Mitch was amazing and assisted me with a guide on how to approach the developer to get my deposit back and did so off his own back. I successfully recovered my deposit minus my reservation fee and have since invested in 2 developments with Integritas property group via Elavace that have since completed. I cannot recommend or thank this company enough.

The Elavace team are very professional and I have been particularly impressed with their customer-centric approach to doing business with them, as an investor; this continues to provide a positive experience for me. Keith was very instrumental in my decision to start building a property investment portfolio. He is very professional, friendly, and approachable ( I do not hesitate to call him or send him WhatsApp messages if I need clarification or advice regarding my current investments or any new investment opportunities). Keith is efficient, knowledgeable, and very passionate about what he does. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Keith for supporting me and equipping me with relevant information that made me take my first baby steps, starting with the Bijou investments; which am glad I did. First, I met Leah over the phone and she advices me on various good BTL projects, I was confused what to decided because all of them were very good which make it difficult for me to choose, I fly to Manchester and met Leah and David and they were very generous and drives me to Bradford for visiting the site of Optima project which I choose finally, Leah was available all the time, the process was very smooth from the deposit till exchange contract and by now I am waiting the project to see the light which projected to be completed in the coming summer
