I was initially apprehensive when the original builder, Goodwin Construction, faced bankruptcy, fearing the fate of the Lyceum project. However, Mitchel Walsh and the Elvace team stepped in, not only injecting funds but also rallying likeminded investors to salvage the project. Their dedication and vision have instilled in me full confidence in their ability to deliver. The potential of Lyceum, situated in a prime location in Manchester, is now more promising than ever. Kudos to Mitch and the team for their remarkable efforts. Looking forward to witnessing the fruition of this fantastic project.

Elavace have been absolutely amazing and have saved the Lyceum project in Manchester from utter disaster.. true to their word they have gone over and above, battling some ridiculous challenges to form an investors group which includes the original people that faced losing hundreds of thousands of their personal money to now having a share in the freehold and watching this development rise from the ashes - I cannot thank Mitch and team enough! Absolute superstars

We were new to investing off plan in late 2019/2020 and invested in two schemes with very differing developers; both schemes have had their challenges but the support from Mitch and team in recovering the Lyceum scheme has been amazing.
When the original developer was failing, he guided us, brought us together as a group to save the scheme and take over the development.
We have been kept informed every step of the way and although it’s been a long process for us personally, the work that Mitch and team have put in and challenges overcome to get us to where we are is nothing short of a miracle.
We can’t thank the team enough for the support and dedication and time he has given to ensure we didn’t lose our investment- this being a far cry from the other investment we made in a scheme led by Laurence Kenwright and the Kingsway House Hatton Gardens Liverpool development- where we have been totally left high and dry and abandoned to fight to get our deposit back from receivers.
Investing will always have risks, but Andy and I wouldn’t hesitate to invest with Mitch and Elevace again and hope to once Lyceum is complete.

Elevace have been brilliant - they had no obligation to recover deposits lost on a failed development and still Mitch and his team have gone to all lengths to ensure the development still completes and the investors receive their original investments. I couldn’t be more thankful as there’s very few that would care enough to go through the pain Mitch has over the past 3 years to secure funding and resale of the units.
Mitch and his team have been available to answer questions whenever needed and as always haters will hate but the majority of us from the Lyceum Development will agree that without Elevace we’d be sitting on a huge deposit write off.

I have nothing but good words to say about the Integritas team, especially Mitch, Dave and Ross, from rescuing the Lyceum build from a shoddy developer at a significant personal cost to ensure investors are compensated all the way through to the flagship Bastion Point development. The team communicate well and always on hand to provide advice and help to investors. I am happy for other potential investors to reach out to me for my personal story

When the developers of the Lyceum, Manchester went into administration we thought we would never see our money again. A frantic call to Elevace for advice and everything changed. Without the dedication and expertise of the team to source funding and come up with a plan to get this project back on track, millions would have been lost and this iconic building left to rot further.
