Awful customer service. My husband and I went to one of their stores in Barcelona specifically to purchase suits and there was absolutely no assistance. If we needed anything we had to go from one end of the store to the other to ask. Worst shopping experience we have ever had. Disappointing as we had travelled from Australia and were excited to be in one of their stores. Will look elsewhere in the future.

atención al clente desaparecida, no contestan y parece que lo único que les importa es vender aunque el cliente tenga algún problema que resolver.

I ordered 1 shirt and 2 dresses from El Ganso.

Package finely delivered. Unfortunately none of the items fitted my wife. Hence, I informed El Ganso about returning 3 items and did so.

1) after 1 month i finally see on my paypal account, that El Ganso has refunded me. No email, no information, just a refund! That is what I call slow handling of returns.

2) the refund is too low?! They have only refunded me for 2 items and claims that I only asked to return 2 items? Now they send me a screen shot saying, that their returns department only noted 2 items? Okay, and you returns department handle what: several hundreds of packages a day and makes no mistakes?! I what, handled one package that day, and should have only sent 2 items - what are the odds, that I screwed that up?? VERY LOW!!

Now of course paypal steps in, and says. Yep, El Ganso is right and small customer in Denmark is wrong.. El Ganso sending and receiving probably thousands of packages have been granted the right to free of charge cheat on their customers!!!

Oh my lord, what a ridiculous circus. After online shopping in more than 15 years, this must be the exact worst experience ever coming up. Can't believe they wanna cheat customers!

Decepción absoluta nunca mas me gasto un céntimo en El Ganso que ya lo veo hasta feo.
Para desahogarme les he enviado todas las fotos de lo que esta temporada les he comprado "on líne" y en sus tiendas: tres pares de zapatillas, dos pares de alpargatas, una colonia, cuatro camisas, cuatro pulseras, una sahariana...Ellos se me pierden como cliente por ruines.

I ordered online. Requested to return. After more than 2 weeks they did not collect. It is clear they don’t want collect, don’t send a label for me to post, don’t say to where I should post, they simply don’t do what they promised. And they didn’t refund!! They cheat consumers.

I ordered EUR 100 worth of clothes at the start of July 2019 and 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund for non delivery (Their UPS courier company are useless and never leave any details to inform you if/when they try to deliver a parcel forcing you to be at home to receive it for a whole week effectively).

I've spent hours on hold to the non existent customer service team, have sent a dozen chasing emails and demands for reimbursement after they admitted the order had been returned to them.

It's been an absolutely terrible experience buying with them and will never do so again. A quick look on FB shows this is a common complaint. Avoid like the plague

Awful customer service. Placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes both of which were far too large for the size indicated on the website. Returned the shoes by courier and haven't received the refund from this company! It's already been nearly a month since they received the return!

Their phone rings and rings forever and nobody answers. They don't respond to emails for ages.

Avoid them if you can. The quality of their overpriced products is not worth the money you will pay for anyway.

I loved this brand style but I was very disappointed when seeing that all my new ordered clothes were made in China... Especially that they are not cheap clothes so you would expect buying higher quality.

He pedido unos pantalones online. Los de Seur te dicen que te entregan el paquete en 24 h pero no puedes actualizar nada no te dan unas horas concretas y tampoco puedo estar en casa un día entero. Donde vivo en Madrid hay conserjería y dejan siempre el paquete con el conserje si no estoy, pero no me han llamado a la puerta porque estaba en la hora que ellos dicen que han pasado por aquí, total que el día siguiente hoy tenían que mandarlo otra vez pero no se han molestado en aparecer, el conserje estuvo en recepción, además no han llamado al número del conserje como hace todo el mundo. Los de Seur son unos estafadores mentirosos. La única opción me dieron ir a otro sitio a recogerlo eso sí, cuando lo manden ellos a saber cuando y cuántos días más tardarán. Un desastre. No vuelvo a pedir nunca nada más de El Ganso. Trabajan con una empresa nada profesional.

Servicio al consumidor de los peores que me he cruzado en mis 29 años de vida. He llamado 5 veces y esperado en el teléfono como 10 minutos además de 2 emails y sigo sin recibir respuesta. Un horror vaya. También los envíos super lentos. Mi último pedido tardo como 2 semanas de los supuestos 7 días laborables.

La ropa esta bien, eso si Made in Bangladesh.

I used to love El Ganso with their fantastic tailoring, fabrics and European manufacturing. I bought many clothes from them. Sadly they are just another brand importing poor facsimiles from China and Bangladesh. I will sadly not be buying again.
Seems like their new owner had no respect for their purchase.

The last years i was a big fan of El Ganso... all clothes had been made in Europe, firstly in Spain and Portugal produced. Also the customer service was excellent... Then last year visiting a shop in Valencia the shock: Clothes made in Bangladesh. I wrote to the customer service, dissapointed about changing their politics... no reaction... It's really sad, that for this formerly commendable top brand just the yield of returns count, after the take over from a big french luxury concern... Good by El Ganso!

El Ganso used to be my favorite men's store in the world. The style was first class, the quality was excellent and the price was right. All the clothes were made in Europe and the materials, the stitching and the detailing were excellent. Recently, El Ganso shifted all of their manufacturing to China. The decline in quality is incredible... you can tell simply by looking at the clothes that they are cheaper and less durable. Sadly, I doubt I will ever go into another El Ganso after my most recent visit. Once again the pursuit of coin at all cost has destroyed a once great brand.

Unfortunately the boots I ordered were far too big. Foolishly I did not try them on in the shop as they were an online order. I returned them on the 8th January and after many, many phone calls I have only just received a refund and the date is 30th January. Be very careful ordering online, they do not have the customer service or sound business ethics. I will never purchase from them again.

I like the clothes, sizing can be a bit 'hit and miss', but the quality is good and not badly priced.

However, the customer service is abysmal...and the sad irony is...they really don't care.

Recently bought a pair of size 6 desert boots for the lady in my life, suggested to be UK 6. Reality...not even close, more like a generous UK 4. Requested a swap for another item by email. No response to two requests...only when pursuing web chat after 7 days did a response miraculously come back - 'replacement item now out of stock'. Initially no indication that I had sent two emails to them. Now have to pay to for a return to Spain at £7.00 plus. El Ganso customer response...basically, 'your problem'.

Unless you have an El Ganso branch on your doorstep for trying-on/returns etc., steer well clear, dodgy sizing, lazy, indifferent customer service. They just don't care!

Coincidentally, 'El Ganso' means 'The Goose'. After putting nearly £1200 into this company's products over the last 12 months...I do feel truly 'goosed'. Thanks El Ganso...you've just lost a customer for life.

Order placed Wednesday and delivered from Madrid with UPS to Copenhagen, Denmark.
All clothing packed in separate protective bags, very nice touch.
I also received a protective cover for the jacket and a hanger - also excellent extra service.

Unfortunately the jacket was too tight, so I mailed the El Ganso Carnaby Street store and asked if they had an XL in stock and if they could take it aside for me to pick up in two weeks.
Within an hour I received a reply, and they had taken the jacket aside for me to pick up.

World class service and excellent quality apparel with a modern and peppy twist!

High quality, bold and unique menswear selection - winter coats in particular. Excellent detailing and made in Portgual, not somewhere in Asia!

Delivered internationally (Denmark) within a few days, well-packaged and included a hanger and protective cover.

I made a mistake on the shipping address, but contacted their customer service department who replied within a few minutes amending the details.

Highly recommended.
