So disappointed
I ordered some swatches which did not arrive after a week and the company scored poor in responding. after a poor review a response was made, excuses made plausible at first. Did receive swatches after sometime, Adam called me apologising. Wanted helped to make my order no response again so I have decided not to go ahead with my order, Elliot Beds you need to improve your communication.

I just wanted to clarify that we did respond to your email which came through to us on the Monday – we replied on the Tuesday confirming we could offer you a further discount as a gesture of goodwill to help with your order. We certainly did not intend to ignore you and I’m sorry if our reply didn’t reach you or was missed – it may be worth checking your junk or spam folder just in case.
We completely understand your frustration about the delay in receiving your fabric swatches – they took longer than we would have liked, and for that we apologise. However, as we did reply and tried to resolve things with an additional discount, it’s disappointing to see a 1-star review based solely on communication.

So impressed with the customer service…
So impressed with the customer service and general willingness to help from Elliot’s Beds. From assisting with assembly , and when one of the pistons has n the ottoman sprung a leak, they promptly despatched a whole new set for delivery. Elliot beds truly embodies the concept of going above and beyond - the user journey definitely doesn’t end with the purchase! I will refer everyone I know to them without hesitation ! Very quick. Headboard substantial and good quality. Customer service good. Answered my questions promptly on WhatsApp. Would have appreciated some flexibility with cancellation which I tried a few days after ordering. Our problem resolved so we didn’t need to cancel afterall.

My bed arrived with 2 delivery men…
My bed arrived with 2 delivery men really quickly.
It’s perfect, I love it. It’s very well made, it only took a few minutes to put the feet on, clip it together and do the gas arm on each side.
I bought my mattress elsewhere as I really wanted to try it out first but the bed is so comfortable.
Only thing I would do differently is to have the metal thingies put on to stop the mattress slipping off, so I have bought some to put on.
Overall service was excellent bed is excellent can’t complain about anything. Great service, thank you Elliot’s beds

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, I was told I would be given a delivery date on Tuesday, still no delivery date however given the company provide-

I have had no response for any means of messages/phone calls/emails. I require a delivery date to ensure I can either take time off work or have someone in the property given they charge £30 for the bed to be brought into the house. I would not recommend using a company who cannot respond to ANY means of contact.
Can see there is another review off today with the same issue..

The bed and mattress were good value
The bed and mattress were good value, and communication from the company up to the point of delivery was very good.
The problem came with the delivery people. We had paid for the bed to be installed to the bedroom. On arrival, the delivery men claimed they only needed to deliver to the ground floor, and not upstairs, nor were they going to assemble the bed, as they had no instructions to do any more than deliver.
After some discussion, they did install the bed as paid for. At this point I could not get through to Elliots , and they never returned my requested call back.
