Great bike
Great bike, I really like my P20. I had some warranty issues, but they were dealt with very quickly, and I received a replacement together with video instructions, which was very helpful.
In general, the P20 is a great bike. There are a few things I would improve: the saddle, a gel version would be great; the fork bearing, instead of steel balls, it would be nice to have the newer tapered type, which is inexpensive but gives a much more premium feel; and if the fork could have a mono-shock suspension, that would make it an ideal bike for the price. :D

Excellent Ebike
After researching several options, I purchased this e-bike for my son and have been very impressed with the quality. It offers excellent value for money and doesnât feel like a budget bike at all. The pedal-assist system works brilliantly, the Shimano gears are smooth, and the front suspension combined with the comfortable seat and suspension seat post makes for a very comfortable ride. My son is thoroughly enjoying it, and I am extremely pleased with both the bike and the Engwe team. Highly recommended.

Amazing value for money Alarm/Horn
After receiving this cycle alarm I had to leave a review. It's amazing value for money, doubles up as a very loud horn when needed and comes with a key fob to activate the alarm, perfect when paired with the Engwe lock for peace of mind when leaving unattended. 10/10 fast delivery as well.

Really great experience
Really great experience buying the bike shipping company handled great and delivered with loads of updates. The customer service is the best ive had contact with really helpful genuine staff. The bike is outstanding really nice quality flys up some really steap hills on the coast with ease really enjoy dodling round the countryside, i dont need an ebike as im healthy and young but still makes riding so enjoyable and care free recomend them too anyone interested.

Terrible Engwe e26 Step-tru experience
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from the ENGWE E26.
I bought this bike brand new, expecting a reliable product, but from the very first weeks it started causing serious problems. The pedal assist failed almost immediately, and despite multiple attempts, the issue has never been properly resolved.
The battery performance is far below what is advertised, and I had to change batteries during my commute even on flat roads. On top of that, parts started failing quickly â the rear brake broke, components rusted, screws loosened, and the bike became unsafe to ride.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing. They keep sending replacement parts instead of providing a real solution. I was even sent to a repair shop that had no idea about my case, no parts, and couldnât even fix the issue. I wasted my time and still have a faulty bike.
This is not what you expect from a ânewâ product. It feels like a low-quality or refurbished bike rather than a premium one.
Overall, poor build quality, unreliable performance, and terrible after-sales support.
Do yourself a favour: avoid ENGWE and especially the E26 model.

Prompt part replacement
The problem the bike developed was entirely my own fault. I lost the seat post bushing inside the frame meaning the seat quick release would not grip the seat post.
After asking for the bike serial number etc, ENGWE wee happy to courier me a replacement at no cost to myself.
