The salesman Cory was easy to deal with and did what he said he would during the transaction. The internal valet was not very good once we had a close look at it, this was the only bad point.
Would recommend though

Great experience. Booked a morning test drive in a VRS with Umarah, she was friendly and knowledgeable about the car, especially the DSG box. I had no intention of buying the car because of the color but I wanted to try a petrol auto, I knew as soon as I laid eyes on it I had to have it. It was more than I wanted to spend so later that day I made an offer to Umarah via WhatsApp , she made me a counter offer and we agreed a deal, they made me a good offer on my part exchange and even agreed to take the car without a logbook as I'd only recently changed the plates over and it happened arrived yet. We stayed past closing time to finalise the sale and the car was mine that evening, it was simple and easy with no hassle. The car was an excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Umarah was a pleasure to deal with and I'd recommend these guys if you're looking for a top end car.

I was told that VW are no longer taking orders for the current version and none of the dealerships in the group had any cancelled orders.
A week later I was driving a Tiguan R fron Enkae Prestige Motors.

After some time I notice an issues (regarding the tax of the car) this was through no fault of the current staff members. I called before opening and on a bank holiday and Corey and his team insured my issues was sorted within 24hr and they covered the cost.

Do not buy from this dealer!!!! THEY SELL DAMAGED REPAIRED CARS!!! Possibly the worst car buying experience we have ever had. Lied to by the salesman/manger Luca. Have chased numerous times via phone and email without reply with regards to the 2018 BMW 530d x drive that has cracked alloy wheels that we were unaware of. The car has also had structural repairs to the front end. Avoid at all costs

Recently purchased a bmw 530 from enkae. On arriving at enkae, I was greeted by Luca, a very knowledgeable and professional salesman he explained everything I needed to know including my part ex and at no point did I feel pressured to buy a car. The whole experience from start to finish was dealt with in a very professional manner, including a few hiccups on my half that were swiftly dealt with by Luca. I would definitely recommend this dealership for many reasons, including amazing customer service to anyone, and i would recommend dealing with Luca.
