Sold their car & couldn't be bothered to tell me.

Really good service especially Umarah, been looking for a new car for a while and found one straight away which umarah tried her best which made it a quick and easy process, highly recommended!

so rude purchased car from them last years , false adverting sold me copy of audi wheels , stating there where original , on conversation with the manager , he was not interested in resolving the issue on mot inspection the wheels where cracked , and noticed there where copies . i will not use this company again , the car is in a tyres place on jacks , i m trying buy wheels others to a fix this problem , the manager used abuse language from enkea , i will take legal action, the manager stated he was a northern gangster, using threatening language , i don’t expect a reply from there false advertising , best i can to exploit the practises on trust pilot , becare before u purchase a car from this company company name should be called snake not enkea

Travelled down from north Scotland on the train 🚆 picked up car 🚙 no problems atall. Umarah was lovely 🥰 she was all organised for me coming, not like our Aberdeen car dealers! Will deffo travel here again to buy my next car 🚗

Saw this vehicle on auto trader a few months back and loved the spec of it a few days ago i made an enquiry to enkae prestige motors regarding this vehicle. I was greeted by Umarah who explained to me in detail the whole process of viewing the car etc. Throughout this phone call she was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions i had. The next day we came to view the vehicle and were greeted with exceptional service offered a seat and drinks etc. After we had seen the car we decided it was the one and umarah helped us go through every step in detail and explained the whole process. We went through the standard procedures and purchased the vehicle. Thank you to umarah and enkae for the amazing service and treatment everything was straightforward hope to do business again soon

Excellent service from the staff. Umarah sold me the car and was very helpful. The car is in excellent condition as were all the other cars in stock.

Spotted the car on a trip to Yorkshire. Called and spoke to Umarah who arranged for me to test drive and inspect the car at exactly the time I needed on a busy schedule. She was helpful and flexible throughout with enthusiasm about the car but no unwelcome hard sell. I was allowed as much time as I wanted to inspect the car before handing over any money and the purchase process was simple. They included a new MOT even though the car had another 6 months left on the previous one and it had been properly cleaned when I first saw it and when I collected it.

Exceptional service at Enkae, Umarah in finance was a standout—efficient, transparent, and ensured the best deal. Highly recommend!
