Yet another pretender!

Yet another company that claims to have stock in hand but don't. Placed an order on the 11th July 2026 chased it today (very long wait online) only to find out they are not expecting stock until Feb 2027 then issued a credit note having asked for a full refund. I'm now told a full credit takes 15-30 days given they have had my money fo 10 days already this is far beyond a reasonable period for a refund.

Further.
Recieved email but still say 7 to 30mdays for a refund.
Hardly a fast service.

26th August 2026

Still waiting for a credit now say it will be another 7 days
Utterly appalling delays in returning the £137.06 I personally will always avoid this company

Excellent Service and Fast Delivery

The ordering process was simple and hassle free. The prices were very competitive, and it was easy to find the exact electronic component I needed. My order arrived quickly, the tracking information was accurate, and the item was well packaged. Everything was in perfect condition and worked exactly as described. I'm very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend EnrgTech to others. I look forward to ordering from them again.

Ordered items that never arrive!

Ordered a couple of items that showed as "in stock" and heard nothing for 10 days, followed up and got a clueless response to the items being ready for dispatch end of the week as they were in transit from an imaginary EU warehouse. a further week later and nothing has arrived, support is flaky, just avoid this business.

Many 5 star reviews are fake from people who've only every provided a single review.
