Order 125375 is a bad joke
Order 125375. Dreadful experience. Still not had urgent items delivered. Communication and performance shambolic. Do not waste your time...money or energy trying to do business with such a bunch of cowboys. I am done. After many more chasing emails and promise of delivery by a certain date which never happened I finally demanded a full refund of my money from a rubbish company I will NEVER do business with again. The jokers emailed me to advise me they had done so as a store credit. No acceptable to me. Save yourself the annoyance and avoid this company like the plague.

First time using EnrgTech and could be the last.
I placed an order for a component on the 1st June. Sent an email asking for the status a week later and got a generic response. Sent another email a week after that and got pretty much the same generic response, ‘thank you for your email and we’re checking/looking into it.’
Now my emails look to be ignored!
This is my first time using EnrgTech and it is not looking very good indeed. The component was due to be installed this weekend so, thank EnrgTech for the massive inconvenience and all my future purchases shall go to reliable suppliers.

Good Communication and Resolution
The communication with EnrgTech was very good indeed. When enquiring on an order delivery update, I was given the status of the package processing and expected delivery date very promptly.
Unfortunately an incorrect product was delivered, but after some communication with the EnrgTech team, I was very happy with their resolution to the error.
Top service when it mattered.

Order 122711 - NEVER AGAIN!
On 11th December 2025, I placed an order for an item which they allegedly had in stock. A few days later when chasing, I learnt they never actually had the stock, and a cancellation was issued with a refund to my card to follow.
Early January 2026, I chased the refund to learn that it was about to be processed. As of writing, and after several chasers since, the refund is still to be processed.
There is no possibility of speaking with someone in the Accounts team over the phone. No one answers from the Sales team.
The service has been astoundingly poor, and I can confidently say I will never trust this company again. It's a shame, as the first order I placed was delivered successfully.

Do not buy from this company, absolutely terrible/non-existent communication and significant delays with refunding substantial owed money - which still hasn’t happened, honestly not worth the risk, hopefully this will help someone else from ending up in this situation.
*Update* As expected still no communication whatsoever on the refund. This situation has caused a lot of stress, highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs! This has been going on for a while and have been continually told someone from Accounts would email re a refund, but I am now looking to raise this with the bank
instead as getting scam vibes. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere!!
*Update 11/06 - still no refund 🤦♀️
*Update 12/06 midday - After being told the refund would be sorted by the end of this week, it is now Friday and still no communication from Finance or any sign of a refund. Avoid this company at all costs, a complete scam!!

I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. They supplied the wrong item and, despite acknowledging the issue, have still not processed my refund after more than 45 working days.
I have received multiple assurances that the refund is being chased internally, but no actual resolution. The lack of urgency and accountability has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward refund has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process.
Poor service, poor after-sales support, and an unacceptable delay in returning money owed to customers.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Lied about delivery time on the website, lied again when I called up, and now haven’t processed a refund so I’ve had to contact my credit card company.
Appears to be a scam to just get your money and hope you forget about the order. Says they are based in the UK but when I called it was clearly an overseas call centre and said the delay was because it was “coming from their European warehouse”. Don’t waste your time and avoid.

No inventory. No product. No refund
Ordered a product at their website. Immediately got an email afterwards that the product was not in stock, order was cancelled. Normal refund was not possible for some reason (like what?)
I had to provide bank details for the refund. Despite several emails assuring me that the refund process was of top priority, i have not received anything and it's been about 5 months. They also stopped responding.
It seems this company does this on a frequent basis and makes money on people forgetting or not having the energy to try and get their money back.
It's just disgusting. How is this even legal
Please respond to this and just give me my money back so i won't have to go through the chargeback process
