Awful support and the worst captcha ever.

Wanted to change the country of the account (which I haven't been using actively but now wanted to start using) and didn't manage after 10-20 min of trying

Then decided to make a new account and faced the horrible captchas - finished 9/10 the first time and had to do again, then did 10/10 but registration broke (bug?) Having wasted 10 min or smth on these captchas, I didn't want to do it again, so I guess Blizzard is not getting my money

J’ai acheté black ops 4 sur ce site.Après avoir installé le jeu et avoir été débité je remarque que le jeu ne se lance pas et reste bloqué sur connexion au service en ligne et impossible de trouver de l’aide avec des numéros pas attribué et refuse ma demande de remboursement car j’ai jouer au jeu plus de 2 heures sans avoir lancé une seule partie et incapable de vous trouvez une solution.

new computer, new e-mail account. Twice blocked within five minutes. No reason given. Also support does not answer "I have reviewed your case and your account will stay locked". Zero cheating software new computer, new OS. Just wanted to throw more money down there throat, because you need to have one account per computer, and my kids wanted to play with me. Will abstain from buying anything else from them anymore (already have three accounts on three other computers, where i bought their games multiple times so i can play with my kids). Also the non-blocked accounts will not receive any purchases anymore. Such extremely nasty behaviour, when i just wanted to buy another legal copy (throw money at them) is enough reason to stop giving them money on all the other non blocked accounts. I will also be happy to share this experience with all of my friends.

se potevo dare 0 lo avrei fatto, piattaforma truffaldina, ho comprato un gioco a 79 euro piu vari pass ed ad un certo punto non ho piu niente mi ha tolto l account ed e impossibile contattare l assistenza, da denuncia!!!

Mit Abstand werde ich nie wieder etwas über euren Dreck Launcher kaufen verfickte shit ich sitze hier 2h für einen dreckig mini gb weil ihr nur 5kb Serverleitungen zu Verfügung stellt wieso auch immer. alle am zocken und ich warte wie jedes shit update nie wieder Battlenet

Captcha is too long, too difficult and when I finally succeeded I somehow had to restart again because of a bug. Are you insane ?

Worst CAPTCHA identification in history of internet.
Seriously it's beyond horribly designed.

I just got so annoyed and gave up, don't want to spend forever trying to do 5-10 mini games with 1% error margin.

I payed 200 Turkish liras and started to play WOW Classic first time in my life on 5th May 2024, I played 3-4 hours,I just reached 3-4 level with doing quests of game and next day ( 6 May 2024) when I try to login I saw my account is banned. I didn't use any cheat or etc. I just trying to learn to play WOW classic. Why my account is banned? I payed 200 liras for 1 month but I only played 3-4 hours. Please remove my ban or give my money back!

Dieser mistlauncher ist so stabil wie ein Sack Reis nachdem man den Sack entfernt hat. Nur Abstürze, spiele lassen sich nicht starten oder Downloads werden mit Teils 4 Kb erledigt. Diablo 4 ließ sich bei ca 30 Versuchen nur einmal starten. Mein System erfüllt alle Anforderungen mehr als haushoch ausreichend.
Schämt euch für so einen Müll.

Comment décrire cette m**** ? Eh bien en un mot : inutile ! Ils ne sont pas capable de faire fonctionner une Maj sur un jeu, leurs vitesses de téléchargement est horriblement lente, des bugs à n’en plus finir, c’est le pire launcher jamais vu. Si vous avez une autre alternative surtout n’hésitez pas !! Pour Warzone ils sont totalement inutile, impossible de lancer les Maj, le jeu ne se lance pas, lorsqu’une nouvelle saison arrive la plateforme plante complètement. Vraiment à fuir !!

à fuir !!!! Tu paye un jeux 87 balle même pas foutue d'y jouer..... il te demande un code de vérification avant de jouer , et ce code la tu ne le reçois jamais sur ton numéro de téléphone.

j'ai acheté call of duty MWII.
Impossible de recevoir leur code de validation par téléphone pour pouvoir jouer au jeu.
Surtout n'acheter jamais sur ce site.
il n'y a personne pour résoudre votre problème.
Vous avez affaire qu'à un robot.

Après plusieurs tentatives la réception du SMS ne se fait pas avec l'opérateur Bouygues mais avec Orange.

I didnt get my balance why would you wait 3 days for this

The download stopped at 95%. When I finally after 2 houers got the game installed, it just kept crashing when I tried to click play. I tried every fix, this has just been a big waste of time!
