Downloaded a game after paying for it, It wont work. the site is a scam and I do not care if they see this. they should not be allowed to trade at all. they should be forced to pay money back to all the people who have been ripped off by them. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the payment!

Its weird that purchasing works like a butter but anything else is janky as rusted gears, and basicly lying to custommers and ow1 players paying for basicly nothing when it "upgraded" to ow2 and belive me i relly wanted to say downgraded. so in a nutshell blizzard is worse than gaben when monetizing stuff.

Used to play their games for 7 years, sometimes it was great, sometimes it was awful and terrible, however, still have good memories about it.

Now their services are mid, you can free contact their support, but there is fishy when you are trying to refund something.

I wanted to play a game with a friend that was visting me for a short time. I bought her the game over battle.net app as a gift, but it didn't arrive. Automated support says it can take up to 24 hours. Meanwhile, if you do this over steam, the game arrives within secnds. Stunning incompetence.

Account zum 5. Mal gehackt, trotz Athenticator, SMS Benachrichtigung und Sicherheitsfragen. Das alles wird einfach umgangen, indem der Hacker eine neue Emailadresse anfordert. Mir wurde mehrere Male von Seiten der GM´s zugesichert, dass der Account nun sicher sei, da man ja nun die Idendität eindeutig zuweisen kann.
Melden kann man sich nur noch über das Ticketsystem; eine Telefonnummer, wie früher gibt es nicht mehr und auch der Live Chat wurde eingestellt. Am Montag habe ich das Ticket eröffnet und gemeldet, dass der Account gehackt wurde. Am Freitag hat man sich dann die Ehre erwiesen, mir zu antworten , indem man mir mittteilte, dass sie festgestellt hätten, dass der Account gehackt wurde. Glanzleistung!
Habe darauf geantwortet und alle Forderungen seitens Blizzard erfüllt, den Account wieder frei zugeben; eine Antwort bleibt jedoch bis jetzt aus.
Man muss sich schon sehr in Geduld üben, trotz des angepriesenen 24/7 Supports. Der findet leider in der Form zu keiner Zeit statt.
Fragen, die man stellt bekommt man ebenso wenig beantwortet. Hier greift dann die gute Nullachtfünzig- Maskenantwort, mit der man nur leider gar nichts anfangen kann.

Update 12.12.2022:
Auch bis heute noch keine Antwort oder Rückgabe des Accounts. Das heißt, eine Woche lang bezahlt für nichts!!

Mit jedem Update kommen so viele Fehler zustande, welche erst nach Wochen behoben werden. Ich möchte ein Spiel mindestens so spielen können, dass es mir Spaß macht.

I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and after 30mins I had an endless list of crashes, bugs and dev errors.

They sold me (and us) a broken game but demand top dollar of £59.99!

I immediately put in a refund request and uninstalled the game, I continued to play the FREE game of Warzone 2 and DMZ.

They first denied my request because I had spent “considerable amount of time in the game”, this was a blatant lie. Later it was something about using an in-game item?

I gave them 3-4 days for me to explain and for a reply. They replied with same blatant lies and I at this point was not going to put up with this clear violation of my consumer rights and them not holding up to their return policy, so I raised a dispute with PayPal.

After a week I finally got my refund through PayPal because they knew that they had no case and were lying.

Don’t ever buy or spend any money on this scummy company!

I received a message today after I got my refund with a pathetic message from one of their GM’s. I told them what I thought of them and I expect them to ban my account and I frankly couldn’t care!

I will never spend or entertain the thought or having blizzards products on my PC again.

Wollen meine Telefonnummer haben, damit ich mw2 spielen kann. Entschuldigung was ist das für ein Dreck? Die wollen wegen der "Sicherheit" meine Telefonnummer. Wenn ich gehackt werde hat man meine email + passwort + telefonnummer. Super Sicherheit.

My account got banned for using "unauthorized software" which I can only assume to be FL studio, as they don't even tell you what software got you banned. Never hacked, never will. The account is gone now, and I can't even play a single player campaign for a game I paid 60 euros for. Horrible customer service.

Zero customer support.

Changing country and resetting 2FA is a headache. Take ages to reply and reply without solution but a silly question. Extremely bad support.

Account nicht auffindbar & Support kümmert sich nicht darum. Ist ja nur ein 15 Jahre alter Account.

Sa fait deux jours que j’essaie de supprimer mon numéro de téléphone pour le mettre sur un autre compte, et je ne reçois pas leurs P*TAIN de code !

The customer support is absolutely hurrendous, i have tried to change my region for ages and they keep stalling my requests, if you play any of their games you should just stop now because if there is a problem with your account they will do absolutely nothing

Got suspended 2 weeks just when I planned to return. Customer service is ignoring appeals. I guess I go to play xiv for my holidays.

Habe bisher noch nie eine Bewertung abgegeben, aber in zehn Jahren Steam hatte ich nicht soviele Probleme mit dem Launcher zwecks updaten, installieren etc. als in nichtmal einem Monat BattleNET. Dieser Launcher ist wirklich der größte Rotz und ist ein Sinnbild dafür, dass Blizzard immer mehr zu Grunde geht.

der aller letzte Schrott auf Erden !! Kundendienst total unfähig es wundert mich nicht das die Bewertungen so schlecht sind !! Aber auch verdient
