I had an excellent experience with Stanley as a first time buyer I would highly recommend

Support reageert nergens op. De bezorging van bestelling is door DHL op het laatste moment verhinderd terwijl het naar een pakketmuur zou gaan. Daarna teruggestuurd naar afzender en afgeleverd. Niets gehoord, Na aanmaken support tickets hoor ik al drie weken niets. Geld terug vragen kan dus ook niet, Wat een schande dat bedrijf!

I ordered a costumised cup on 28 of October. It was getting delayed and ONLY AFTER ME GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM they told me that it will not arrive due to shipping problems. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I placed an order with this website on October 23, but I never received my items. I tried contacting customer service by email, and never got any response. It’s almost two weeks now, and I still have no product and no refund.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this site. I just want my money back and some accountability from this company.

My package never arrived although the delivery service claimed it would have. I asked the customer care of Stanley Europe to inquire with the delivery service but did never receive an answer. Even not after 3 request. Thus I paid but never received my order.

I ordered a lot of mugs months ago in April. And just received the confirmation that there went something wrong en that I can get my money back. But they never did and do not answer my mails anymore. Never buy from the Europe site. This has really turned also me off from the brand.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered my mug in August. And just received the confirmation (that I had to ask for) that my package is lost. They said I would be getting a refund. Yeah I doubt they will honor it. Never buy from the Europe site. The shipping from Vietnam was weird too. Every three days it was just being sorted and waiting in a depot for like a month. This has really turned me off from the brand.

Order after 45 days not delivered strange tracking number, now lost package…. No answer from costumer service

Oszuści ani kubków nie dostałam ani zwrotu pieniędzy. Zgłaszam sprawę na policję. Nie polecam

Ordered a quencher from them and it was never delivered have contacted them twice with no response yet. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank if I don’t hear back now. AVOID.

Once I opened a charge back I heard back from them within a couple of days they offered to re send the product which I agreed to however they then replied they couldn’t resend it without me cancelling the chargeback first.. highly suspicious request as they know a chargeback cannot be reopened if they don’t actually re send my order so I refused until I either got the product I paid for or got a refund at which point they stopped replying. Scam artists to say the least.

Stanley1913 ist eine riesen Schweinerei - Ich habe mein Produkt nicht erhalten. Seitens dieses Vereins kommt auch keinerleie Rückkontakt zu mir. Es kam auch keinerlei Ansatlten mein behaltes Geld zurückzuzahlen. Das Unternehemen zockt Leute ab.

Synes produkterne er gode, synes kvalitet og pris følges. Har prøvet andre mærker, de er ikke lige så gode som Stanleys produkter!
Synes de billige er gode nok, og før mente jeg, Stanley var dyrt, til man prøver en Stanley kop, så synes man ikke længere de er så dyre, men at du betaler for kvalitet, og det skal man selvfølgelig også! Man betaler ikke for mærket, som jeg troede, men 100% kvalitet!
Havde en rids i en af mine kopper, men fik løst det med kundeservice, de var søde og sendte en ny!
så både produkter og kundeservice er 5 ud af 5 stjerner

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht.
Meine Ware ist seit 20 Tagen unterwegs und immer wieder bekommt man die selber Naricht das die Ware noch unterwegs ist.

Ich will mein Geld zurück und Sie reagieren garnicht darauf.

Ich glaube nicht mehr daran das meine Ware jemals ankommt.

Und angeblich sitz der Standly Cup jetzt ein zweites Mal in einem Flugzeug. Sorry aber sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Man dachte bei dem direkten
Hersteller zu bestellen macht Sinn aber ich Rate nur macht es nicht.
Kauft für 10€ mehr bei jemanden anderes in Deutschland!

Ich werde da niemals wieder Bestellen.

Kleines Update

Auch nach 30 Tagen habe ich keine Ware nicht erhalten und es kommt immer eine dummer ausrede nach der anderen.

I’ve ordered three quenchers almost three weeks ago and I haven’t gotten them yet. Even though it’s only 3-5 days delivery to Austria.

I’ve contacted support and customer service through every possible channel and they are not responding at all.

3 weeks in and 175€ less in my bank account, I can only pray for an answer or a refund. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

Hiz un pedido hace mas de un mes. Era para el cumpleaño de mi hija. A los 2 semanas he notado que en el tracking mi pedido ni siquiera estaba en camino. Al reclamar lo, me han cancelado la order y me han hecho uno nuevo, diciendo que va llegar que era un error de ellos. Pues han pasado otra vez mas de semanas y este pedido tampoco esta en camino. Ya el regalo para el cumple de mi hija no ha llegado a tiempo. Y no solo eso. El soporte ni contesta y depaso no devuelvan el dinero.

Der Artikel wurde vom Hersteller ausdrücklich als spülmaschinenfest beworben. Nach Reinigung in der Spülmaschine hat sich jedoch die Lackierung gelöst. Dies stellt einen klaren Sachmangel dar, da die beworbenen Eigenschaften nicht erfüllt werden.

Ich habe mich bereits an den Stanley-Support gewandt. Dort wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass es sich nicht um einen Garantiefall handle. Diese Aussage ist unzutreffend, da der Schaden eindeutig auf die nicht eingehaltene Produkteigenschaft „spülmaschinenfest“ zurückzuführen ist.

Habe nun einen Paypal Fall geöffnet.

I am ordering for the second time. The first time around there were no issues and I was overall very happy with the experience.
This time around I never received my order and according to the shipping information there was an attempted unsuccessful delivery and the order has been returned to the original sender.
When I first saw the unsuccessful delivery attempt, I contacted the shipping company and they informed me that the phone number is wrong and the original sender needs to be contacted. They said they will do it but I should reach out as well. I did this but never heard back from neither from the shipping company, nor from Stanley.
Now the order has been returned, yet they haven't reached out to inform me about this, nor have I received my money back. I reached out to customer support via ticket again - no response.
My next step is to try and dispute the charge with my bank. It's a shame, because I did really want to get my cup but with this horrible customer experience I will never be ordering again.

Zostałam oszukana. Zapłaciłam, kubek wysłany miesiąc temu, niby cały czas w drodze. Oczywiście nikt nie odpowiada na moje maile z reklamacją!!nie polecam. To oszuści.

Compré una botella con pajita a través de la web y el envío se retrasó sin posibilidad de tener tracking por parte de Standley o de la empresa de envíos. Abrí una incidencia con ellos y no contestaron.
Cuando llegó la botella tarde (era un regalo de cumpleaños) ya no estaba en la dirección de envío y gracias a dios PayPal me devolvió el dinero directamente (en Stanley nadie contestó)
Para no volver a tener problemas la pedí con Amazon, y cuando llegó la botella era defectuosa —se sale el agua por la ranura de la pajita! La he devuelto y cambiado por otra igual, y mi sorpresa es que esta también suelta agua y no es hermética, imposible llevarla a ningún lado.

Muy decepcionada la verdad, llevo 1 mes intentando comprar este producto y ha sido un desastre, ya son 3 intentos fallidos.. no será por que no lo he intentado
