Hice un pedido de garantía hace dos meses, y mi termo no llega. Me lo enviaron a los días de solicitarlo, pero Stanley pasó incompleta mi dirección a la empresa de transporte CTT y yo no puedo hacer nada. Sólo el Remitente puede modificar los datos. Llevo dos meses perdiendo tiempo llamando a todos lados, haciendo reclamaciones, y nadie me da respuestas. Tengo todos los emails, las llamadas telefónicas, las capturas de pantalla de la App de CTT.
Están jugando conmigo. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero.

Je n'ai jamais reçu mon article, pourtant marqué livré sur le suivi, encore un vol de nos livreurs Chronopost.
Cependant, impossible de contacter les services de Stanley. ils ne répondent ni aux mails, ni au signalement directement fait via leur site.
Signalement effectuer a la DGCCRF.

Ordered two cups on July 27, 2025, with shipment included. However, the delivery guy wanted money for the shipment.
Without further explanation, the cups were returned to Stanley. However, no news from them. No reaction on my ticket or my email.

Vraiment pas terrible ! Fuyez le site Stanley 1913!
J ai acheté deux produits, 1 gobelet et un quencher.
1er colis Le gobelet arrive par Colissimo dans ma boîte aux lettres , le colis était ouvert! Mais le gobelet était intact, on je l’ai gardé mais…
2eme Le quencher qui est personnalisé a été envoyé après par DPD de République Tcheque, qu’en arrivant en France ça bascule en envoi CHRONOPOST… selon le suivi il est en transit depuis le 23 jullet! Et je n’ai plus de nouvelles! Ce quencher était un cadeau pour mon chéri!
J’étais vraiment surprise que mon colis vient de la République Tchèque, je pensais que c’était un site américain,il est inutile d’essayer de contacter STANLEY France ils ne feront rien pour nous!
Donc pour ne pas perdre ma commande J’ai contacté par e-mail Stanley qui m’as répondu 1 semaine après, pour me dire mon 2eme colis est en route, ils n’essayent même pas de contacter le service Chornopost ou DPD ( je suis perdue là) pour savoir où il est ce colis qui depuis le 23 juillet , est toujours en transit , qu’il n’as jamais été déposé au Relais Pickup… je crois qu’ils ne s’occupent pas assez du client en Service Après Vente…je contente pour ceux qui n’ont pas eue de problèmes avec Stanley 1913, parce que si ça vous arrive un problème avec eux, le Service après Vente , c’est nul! Ils ne se posent pas de question quand le délai de la livraison a été dépassé. Pour eux si c’est en transit c’est ok, même si ton colis passe des mois en transit.
J’ai contacté les services DPD, qui m’as envoyé vers Chornopost, ils me disent que ce n’est pas arrivé et c’est ok! Ou sinon c’est à Stanley qui doit ouvrir un litige, mais eux ils revoient la balle!
J’en ai vraiment ras-le-bol
Donc le client il paye pour un produit qu’il ne recevra jamais!
Je ne recommande pas ce site! C’est mieux d’acheter chez Amazon!

Commande le 19 juillet.
L’article est arrivé plus de 10 jours plus tard. Et là, malheur l’article est rayé à l’extérieur…
30/07 ,J’écris dans la minute où j’ai ouvert mon colis, j ai réécrit pas de réponse.
Le 15/8, Stanley m’a contactée, m’a offert les fdp car j’ai reçu mon article tard et étudie la solution pour les rayures.
Le 20/8, le SAV m’a proposé une solution concernant ma gourde en espérant qu’ils me l’envoient à mon adresse française car j’avais commandé l’article lorsque j’étais en vacances en Espagne.
Update ils ont envoyé mon article en Espagne.
J’écris plusieurs demandes de réclamation.
28/8 Stanley me recontacte et m’envoie mon article à la bonne adresse.
30/8 colis reçu.

Jeg bestilte denne IceFlow™ Flip Straw Tumbler | 0.89L - Stanley Create som lover at isterninger holder i 48timer!!! Jeg modtog produktet kl 12, kl 12.30 kommer jeg en masse isterninger i og da jeg igen ville drikke kl 14 kunne jeg ikke høre isterningerne mere; jeg åbner låget og til min overraskelse er de smeltet!! Det er købe isterninger der normalt holder i alm glas i ca 1time til 1,5time.! Nu har jeg testet igen med at hælde iskoldt vandt i, samt komme flere isterninger, de kom i kl 11, og i skrivende stund er kl. 11.53 og de er halvt smeltet. Jeg kontakter deres kundeservice men jeg får ikke noget svar!!
Spild af penge, hellere købe et af de billigere mærker, der holder isterningerne til dagen efter!

Ordered 2 items for around €100 July 25th, after that there are no updates on the tracking. It just says “order created”. No response on the ticket as well. How can it be like this? Where is the customer service? Did they just take my money for nothing?

J’ai acheté ce produit sur un site partenaire mais c’est la marque Stanley qui a procédé à l’expédition du produit. Ils ont envoyé la cup sans protections dans un pauvre carton, elle est bien sûr arrivé endommagée. Quand je les contacte je n’obtiens aucune réponse pour un possible dédommagement. Pareil pour le site partenaire, ils ne sentent pas concernés. Si je dois renvoyer le produit, je dois repasser commande et donc repayer des frais de livraison. C’est inadmissible ! Très mauvaise expérience !

Modtog en skadet vare og har reklameret for en uge siden. Har stadig intet hørt fra kundeservice.

I love my Stanley mugs, whether winter or summer, they're the perfect complement to any outfit. They're reliable and practical. And tomorrow, a chili-colored mug will join my collection. I'm so excited.

I really like Stanley products. What I don't appreciate is that if you pay with a voucher, you have to pay for delivery, regardless of how much you spend on the website.

Great quality, I have several Stanley Cups and wouldn't want to be without them.

This is my very first Stanley cup and honestly I bought it with a simple goal - to force myself to drink more water. Since getting this cup, now I’m drinking water regularly, and I can truly feel the positive effects on my body.

I didn’t need a Stanley quencher…. Until I got one. Now? I own three. Don’t judge me ~ each one has a vibe. There is my ‘gym motivation’ quencher, my ‘dark aesthetic’ quencher, and, of course, my ‘emotional support water bottle that goes literally EVERYWHERE with me’.

These things are magical. They keep my water glacier cold al day, they have the perfect handle for carrying around like a tiny hydration suitcase, and yes ~ they fit in the car cupholder, which feels like a small miracle for a 40 oz beauty.

Also, I drink more water now. Coincidence? I think not.

If you are on the fence: get one. But fair warning…. You might end up with a collection.

Stanley est t’une marque tellement encourageante pour boire de l’eau c’est vraiment top j’en ai acheté sur votre site pour ma sœur elle a kiffé elle boit que dans ça et j’aimerais tellement m’en procurer une aussi j’adore les modèles les couleurs et la grosse gourde est tellement classe Merci Stanley .

Ich habe am 15. Juli einen Wasserlöscher bestellt, und die Tasse kam am 16. Juli an. Der Versand ging also schnell. Beim Öffnen der Verpackung bemerkte ich jedoch, dass sich die Beschichtung deutlich ablöste. Ich habe sofort Stanley Europe kontaktiert, aber noch keine Antwort erhalten. Ich hoffe, bis nächste Woche eine Antwort zu erhalten!

I ordered a Quencher very early on 15-July, the cup arrived on 16-July, so the shipping is fast. However, when I opened the package, a visible peel on the coating of the cup is there. So I immediately contacted Stanley Europe, but until now, no response at all. I hope by next week I get a response!
