Item delivered to wrong address and delayed after express delivery fee paid so not delivered on time. Comms is poor - need to constantly chase, get responses from different people and responses written by AI so don't actually answer your questions properly. Quality of goods were fine.

We've used our stand for several events now and have always been impressed with the quality. The lightbox panels are particularly impressive. The print quality is sharp, the colours are vibrant, and they create a really professional look that stands out on a busy exhibition floor.

The fabric skins are equally excellent, fitting perfectly with no creases or sagging, and held up well across multiple uses. What really sets the products apart, though, is how easy they are to assemble. The frames are intuitive to construct, lightweight to transport, and can be set up quickly and with no expertise.

For anyone exhibiting at events and looking for a premium, reusable branding solution, we'd highly recommend Event Branding.

Great service and lovely quality product. We ordered a flag for our business and it was delivered very quickly, we are really impressed!

From the initial enquiry for a bespoke feather flag to promote our Village Show to actually getting the flag delivered it was around 10 days.
It was good to get prompt responses during the design process and the final check of the flag design and wording.
The flag is of high quality. Compact in it's zipped canvas case for the base / rods.
