Event branding was excellent from the start
Very professional team

As a charity we had to work within the budget which event branding was ideal for us

WARNING: Avoid this company – they refuse to correct their own mistakes.

I would strongly advise anyone looking for printed branding or gazebos to steer well clear of this business. The entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and their customer service is completely inflexible.

We ordered a branded gazebo and supplied clear master artwork with exact colours. When the item arrived, it was clearly wrong: instead of the single red shade we provided, they had printed a completely different wine/burgundy tone in parts – a colour that was never in our files, never approved, and makes the product look unprofessional and unusable for our event.

When we raised this, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They claimed the product matched the digital proof – but everyone knows a screen preview is only for checking layout, not exact colour accuracy. Approving the design does not mean accepting incorrect printing. Most worryingly, they could not even explain where the wrong colour came from, yet refused to take any responsibility.

Their “solution” was to tell us to keep the faulty item so it “doesn’t go to waste” – as if we paid for something we can’t use. They flatly refused to offer a reprint, amendment, or refund, sticking rigidly to a policy that seems designed to avoid fixing their own errors. Even after saying the issue was passed to management, there was no willingness to resolve the problem fairly.

If you want a supplier that stands by their work, takes responsibility for mistakes, and cares about customer satisfaction – this is not the company for you. Expect poor quality control, no accountability, and zero flexibility if anything goes wrong.

Excellent communication from the company 7 days a week and most times of the day.

The communication was very broken. Whenever an e-mail was responded to by EBUK, the context from the previous e-mail was stripped, making it very difficult to keep a productive e-mail flow. You never know who would reply to your e-mail. Because of these reasons, I doubted that I would be getting exactly what I ordered. It would be useful to be assigned a single representative as a point of contact and allow for the e-mail strings not to be broken, should we decide to continue doing business.

Excellent company, very friendly and helpful staff, answered all my questions quickly. Brilliant communication and quick turnaround and delivery with my order. Really pleased with our personalised charity stand. Highly recommend.

Have just purchased a feather flag for our club. Everyone at the company was so helpful and patient with our numerous questions - and responded so quickly - and the flag they produced from our design is excellent and exactly what we wanted. Not only that, but the bag it all came in is also very robust and well designed.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending and I am sure we will be using them again in the future.

We ordered two large mesh banners from them, we were originally having discussions at the beginning of the year in regards to ideas and costs, we then caught back up with them a few months later, once we had agreed what we were going to do and the whole process took a few weeks with the design being finalised and within 10 days of placing the order they arrived. The team were brilliant with our requests. Nothing was too difficult and we will definitely use them again once we get the funding for a gazebo. The end product is as described and they look good in place.

Amazing service from start to finish, very prompt responses throughout the process, great designers and speedy delivery. We will be coming back for more items when required.

I ordered two flag banners for our Charity Golf Tournament. The design phase was simple and the artwork looked great. Delivery was timely and I've just checked them over and they are great!

I gave them a loose idea of what design I wanted and within 6 hours they had the mock up designed and sent over.

We now have a spectacular 6x3 gazebo. The whole process has been an illustration of a well run organisation committed to excellent customer service. They demonstrated a determination to go beyond the acceptable and to exceed expectations

After consuming a few reds I had a rush of blood to my head and wanted a new flag. I sent an email with my requirements around 9pm. Within 15 minutes I had a response regarding my logo. On my advice they went onto my facebook page and within another half an hour I had received images and layout ideas. Totally mind blowing how quickly they acted. Next day i agreed design, gave go ahead and my flag arrived within a week. Best experience with any company I’ve had for a very long time. I will certainly buy again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Amazing customer service.
