Absolutely rubbish!!!
Ordered presents for Christmas in November. Order stated i would receive them by 14th December.
No contact from them until I contacted them today on the chat line.
Items not available until January and then asked if i wanted my money back.
WHAT AM I DO DO 1 WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
NEVER USE

Received my order (£75 Shirt) stinking of cigarette smoke. Contacted customer services who said it was acceptable as was not damaged.
Was told that i could send it back for a refund but I would have to pay the postage.
Very rude and refused to pass on details of a manager or supervisor - avoid like the plague

Makes you wonder what else it was contaminated with in this day and age!!

Placed an order on 22/10/20 and paid for next day delivery. On 27/10/20 my parcel still hadn't arrived so I phoned customer services. I was promised a refund on premium delivery charge. Items eventually arrived but 3 weeks later and still no delivery refund. I won't order from here again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Awful customer service with the online chat customer service. Ordered a top for delivery to Ireland, the website says international delivery 3-5 days for £6.95. 11 days & my order was still not delivered & then returned back to sender. They use the worst courier service ever. Order has now been resent, still waiting for it to be delivered. Originally ordered on 21st October & has now missed my brothers birthday. I’ve had no explanation as to what has happened, no compensation & not even a refund for the delivery costs. Will never order from Everton Store again.

Product was good, but gave me shirt without PL badge on it. Told me I was wrong and they could do nothing about it. Wanted to charge me 30 to return it, would not offer a discount for a new product. Customer service did not want to help at all.

Awful company.
£7.50 to return a top that's too small. No information on how to return. When I rang they told me it's because I ordered from a phone. Won't accept returns at the club shop. What a disaster.no returns level. HidE behind clinic and saving the planet for no address to return

£6.95 for express delivery... still takes 4 days to arrive!
Kids toddler socks stupidly massive like they fit his whole leg up to his thigh, why can’t they be the same as all other football kits with normal sized socks. No return slip in the bag, then when you do the return form online theres no other option to send it any other way than via a print off return label you do yourself and have to pay £4.95 upfront!! Gota be having a giraffe.. this has got to be the only club i know who sends out damaged/cheap quality merchandise, rips off the supporters and has the worst customer service! Talking from experience with previous and it hasn’t just been one order I’ve had problems with, its a disgrace. Sort it out EFC

Appauling customer service. Their response does not even relate to the compaint. You would think a premier football club would have better people running their business

Terrible, because one item is out of stock but available to buy. They refuse to deliver item in stock. Plus terrible customer services, was only made aware of this when I emailed to query why my order had not arrived within the estimated delivery time. Useless, no way to treat your loyal fan base.

Ordered an Everton shirt from this company. Print was peeling off the shirt.
Emailed the company with pictures of peeling print and and inconsistencies of features on item. I recived an email back stating I will hear from them within 24 hours.
5 days later and I end up chasing them.
Not really bothered when I phoned. Asking me to do all the running around and pay up front for decided delivery to send back, wait 14 days for a quality check for refund. Also tried to convince me that the print was meant to be like that due to different thicknesses of the lettering bit after stating that you can clearly see in the pics that its obviously peeling, they then flipflopped on that statement. Absolute disgraceful trying to convince customers that faults are in fact features.
Last year bought a shirt and it had stains on it and had lots of messing about which ended up costing me money to return the item.
Absolute sham of a company. When will Everton sever ties with kitbag all together.
I would advise only buying from the everton store or maybe try JD sports.
Avoid kitbag (evertondirect) at all costs.

Everton Direct is the official website for Everton FC merchandise. I have used it on a number of occassions and will not do so going forward. Numerous issues with orders and customer service terrible. No product descriptions on the advertised merchandise, and when I mailed customer service (TWICE), it took them 10 days to reply to me, stating the product was out of stock (10 DAYS LATER!!!). Website crashes, causing duplicate orders for which they won't cancel.
