Wish I had read these reviews as well! Something is seriously wrong here. Basically know this: there is NO return policy of any meaningful kind. Also sizes are advisable as you will be sent whatever you get. The ReBound return service does not work: at all. This is the equivalent of buying things in a dock on the River Mersey from an unmarked van.

Wanted to buy some Everton kit for my grandson's birthday. Rang shop told non in stock, and told if items not on website then shops Don't have them. One last pair of shorts re-appeared on website (SMALL MENS, third kit) so ordered and paid for handling fee and postage, which seemed excessive for what I ordered. Shorts didn't arrive in time for birthday but when they did they were MEDIUM not SMALL. Went back to Everton one shop to buy something else and saw a number of small mens third kit shorts on the rack, after being told they had none.
Bought them along with some other items.
Tried to return wrong shorts to Everton Direct found it impossible to do so. Sent email, no reply. Tried online returns, told I had the wrong tracking number, even though it was the correct one. Needed an order number to do an online return, but was never given one by text. To date I have made ten phone calls to the phone number without succes, Tried online chat, doesn't work, spent over three hours of my time up to now (at my time of life I shouldn't we wasting valuable time trying to contact this useless company) This awful company is giving Everton a bad name.

Ordered two items. The items that arrived were the wrong size and not as shown on the website so of no use to me. The company wants £5 postage to return them so I emailed to point out that this is their fault, and I'll have paid £10 p&p (delivery and return) with nothing to show for it because of their mistake - can the postage be waived? No reply. It's a sad state of affairs when your own club is ripping fans off and causing grief. Avoid!!!!

Another near perfect experience! My cap came a day late but that was because of the courier! The blue,wool hat is lovely and I'm really pleased!

Ordered T-shirt for my husband as part of his Christmas present but it looked like a fake. I sent them pictures of the shirt before they said I could sent it back. I then returned it, when I chased it up with them they said they would look at it when it arrived but they already had it. I received a full refund but know fighting for my postage back which they said would be refunded, sent a copy of my postage 3 times now. Finger crossed, i might get it in time for Christmas 😩

Unprofessional, unpolite, they didn't give my money back, cespite they failed in delivery my order. stay away!

Seriously terrible. I got a baby's Aston Villa shirt instead of my Richarlison order. No way to complain.

1 star because you can’t give zero. Ordered my dad a shirt on 8th December which on the 21st December, after querying where it was, Everton direct advised it was being returned to them by the courier.. I was asked to wait 28 days for a refund. When this hadn't been received they changed it to 28 business days, once again that has now passed and they are now claiming the courier, who they instructed hasn't returned the shirt yet and they can't process a refund until they do. All in all, over 8 weeks after placing my order, i still have no item or my money back. Customer service is absolutely shocking, they take ages to respond to emails and then just keep repeating the same copy and paste response. AVOID!

Ordered a home shirt for Christmas for my son. On Christmas day he tried it on and it was very small. I purchased online with a 20% discount. Tried to exchange in the store but they said no. I sent it back for a refund but then had to pay full price in store for a replacement. Also had to pay £4.90 delivery charge. What's going on, disgusting!

Awful service. Ordered green kit for son for Christmas, wasn’t informed shorts were out of stock until I rang to ask why the kit hadn’t been delivered. When the top arrived, YL, I wrapped it only to find when my son tried it on Christmas Day it was skintight measured against YM purchased last year and it is smaller in size. One v disappointed child. Had to go over to shop to buy YXL and now try and start the returns process was informed in store that they are well aware of sizing issues due to a change of sponsor. Pity they don’t make their customers aware since we are the ones paying £90 for a child’s kit. Disgrace

I would have selected zero stars if an option. DO NOT USE THE STORE. Awful site, no communication and no sign of order despite paying £12 express delivery. Not been able to speak to anyone, track the order that still shows it will be delivered on the 17th Dec (9 days ago), can’t cancel it and can’t leave feedback. I have fed back to EFC as a lifelong fan that this is a stain on the club and the contract with this terrible company needs to be torn up. In contrast ordered something for my brother from the Spurs shop. E mail confirmation, order arrived in 48hrs and feedback requested. It’s not hard. Do better Everton and quickly

Ordered my girlfriend her Christmas present on the 29th November. It didn't arrive in time for Christmas.

I bought some Everton merchandise for a friend who is along time supporter, included was one pair of gloves. I received only one glove not much use to anyone. I emailed them and I gave them the address I had moved to just after this I actually emailed them three times to get a response and on each email I gave my new address. They sent the pair of gloves but to my old address. I contacted them again and they said they’d contact the courier. Today they have arrived at my old address. What do Everton say they say sorry we can’t do anymore. If you want some Everton merchandise give them plenty of time because they are slow on the uptake. I’m just pleased it wasn’t for a child.

I would say a very poor experience, customer service is non existent. Ordered a membership pack for my son, money taken from bank account on 4th December and not even had a confirmation email. Contacted customer service by phone, all our agents are busy leave a message and number and we will call you back, did that on 3 separate days and still waiting call back. Sent emails instead and explained what has happened, asked for confirmation/order number and I said none received yet money taken from account. At one stage I did think I had been scammed, it’s now 23rd almost 3 weeks since money taken from my account and no response or idea what happening. Very poor service

Ordered a personalised kit in November for my son’s Santa gift (the only thing he has asked for). Never arrived and they claimed to have resent it, but guess what, that also never arrived. Impossible to speak to anyone regarding the problem and my original order is showing as shipped so bet I’ll struggle to get my £90 back. Thanks for ruining his Christmas, he’d only just started supporting Everton too. Disgusting service....

Absolutely appalling service, ordered items in November still not received anything just an email to say hardly anything I ordered is now in stock....when I ordered a month ago it said everything in stock....disgusted with EFC so I've wrote to CEO....no response though...Will never buy from here again...my grandchildren will be so.upset......

As an Evertonian I am ashamed and appalled at how they treat loyal fans and customers. After ordering a green kit and paying £5 delivery charge, the shorts that came were the wrong size. My wife contacted the club shop and they told her to return them - wait for it...at a cost of £6!!! So they send the wrong kit and then charge people a further £6 for their incompetence! This is scandalous. If ever a club, who claim to be the people's club should be looking after their fans, it is now. Shame on you. Shame on Bill Kenwright and the greedy ar****es who are shafting their hardworking, loyal fans. Well, please watch this space. I promise you this fan and my 7 kids/grandkids are not going to passively be financially abused by Everton FC. I know I'm one of many decent people who are the victims of a scandal.

Don’t even give them 1* rating. Ordered a men’s large shirt for a medium/ large man. It was very small and looked like a regular or medium. Cost me 4.95 to order, 6.90 to return and then another 4.95 to order the ex large which fits my slim fella! No option to return to the store either, def will never order from these again!!!

Less than 1 star! Items ordered in NOVEMBER! They took my money without hesitation but cannot respond to the several emails asking where my items are! Appalling! Still no contact from them at all! My son’s birthday is today... the items are not here! I cannot express how angry I am that nobody has even responded! Worst service I have ever received. COVID and Christmas are not an excuse when there have been several weeks to organise. Everton need to be aware of how angry their online store are making their fans!

Ordered a shirt as a Xmas present to be sent in a parcel paid for express delivery should have been here for 10th December still waiting and also still wait to send the parcel on . Rang them three times and they still haven’t done anything about it . Thoroughly discussed with customer service .
