After the purchased item wasn't available, ewooow stopped responding and didn't refund the funds. My bank needed to force the refund.
The item purchased was not possible to deliver so they offered me a few alternative options. I chose a refund (one of the options), but the company never responded to this request. I needed my bank to force the cash refund.

Avoid at all cost
Like recent reviews I ordered and paid for a LG TV only to be told that there would be an additional £199 charge due to weight and packaging despite my paying a delivery charge. Initially they said if I paid it, they would send me a credit note that I could redeem on their site. When I refused, they cancelled my order. As of this morning, you could still order this item at the price I paid. Seems a bit suspicious to me and would advise avoiding this site in future.

The additional safety packaging fee is not a standard shipping charge; it is a vital safety measure that is immediately communicated via email upon order confirmation.
This extra protection is strictly necessary because the product is shipped from our warehouses in Spain to the UK. For such a long international journey, standard packaging is insufficient for large, fragile TVs. To ensure the panel remains intact and avoids structural damage—which may only manifest over time—we must use a reinforced, dedicated pallet system.
We offered to convert this fee into a store credit as a gesture of goodwill. Since you declined these essential safety measures for international transport, we followed our policy by immediately cancelling the order and issuing a full refund, ensuring you were not financially penalized.
While our stock and pricing fluctuate daily based on supplier updates, the high safety standards required for international shipping of fragile goods remain a constant priority for us.

Unfair order cancellation, price hikes & payment blocking
I placed an order for an LG 77C54LA OLED TV and paid a deposit using a valid promotional voucher. An invoice was issued confirming the agreed price.
Shortly after, I was informed that the product was out of stock and the order was cancelled by the retailer. While the deposit is being refunded, the voucher was marked as used and not reinstated.
What is particularly concerning is that the same product was then relisted multiple times at increasing prices, and when I attempted to place a new order, the webshop actively denied my payment, despite using valid payment methods.
As a result of this experience, I have had to initiate formal complaints and pursue the matter through official consumer protection channels. I intend to follow this process through to resolution.
Cancelling a valid order due to stock issues, increasing the price afterwards, withholding a promotional voucher, and blocking payment attempts is extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress. I have all proof for all my claims!
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this webshop.

Jag har gjort ett köp per den 19/12 /25 och har gjort fler försök att den kontakta mig men den gör inte det , varför försiktig med ewooow, den är inte att lita på , jag har ringt fler gånger till deras italienska Nummer där man kan ringa för att göra reklamation men ingenting händer , nu vill jag bara få mina pengar tillbaka på en order som jag ej får , men nu gjorde jag en beställning som jag inte betalade och så klart har den skrivit till mig genast för att slutföra det jag lagt i korgen , men jag gjorde det för att kolla hur den reagerar och den gjorde jätte snabbt, den är alltså luriga , jag provade att svara på samma mail som jag fick från dem men det visar sig att det inte existerar denna mail adress, så där ser ni, var väldigt försiktig och inte köp något från ewooow.

Scam and upcharge
They upcharge you 100eur for shipping after you’ve completed your purchase.
Paid 640eur for the 55” TV and 14eur for shipping.
After the purchase you get an email about the shipping and that you need to pay for ”specialized protective packaging” for 100euro!!
Everyone knows that TVs are shipped with the packaging that comes from the manufacturer, not that it matters since it’s the sellers responsibility.
This is just a scam to try and upcharge the consumer by holding your money hostage.

The 55” TV you ordered is an extremely delicate electronic device. Since the shipment travels from our warehouse in Spain to your residence in Sweden, standard factory packaging is often insufficient for such a long international journey. We implement "specialized protective packaging" to prevent structural micro-damages that may not be visible on the outside but could compromise the screen's functionality—an issue that would ultimately be a major inconvenience for you.
This precautionary measure was communicated to you immediately within the order confirmation email to ensure full transparency from the very beginning. Our goal is to ensure your product arrives in perfect working condition, not to create unexpected hurdles.
We have no intention of holding your funds. If you do not wish to proceed with the specialized packaging, simply let us know and we will issue an immediate full refund.
We remain at your disposal should you choose to proceed or if you prefer to cancel the order.
